Yup..middle floor already 800k++,(90% loan need installment 3.5k++ per month in 35 yrs),so developer give the cash back promotion let buyer for renovation so i like this cash back promotion...

it should be first 5% discount to form the SPA price. the other 5% + 5% will be given during CF or other arrangement depending on whether you are taking 90% loan or 70%. Downpayment of 10% can be done via 24mth EPP (Maybank and RHB's visa/master). That's my understanding..

segambut dalam road difficult to widen as you said, now we can hope the second road which is bukit segmbut - prima pelangi - kiaramas can be connected, and the road from mk 28 and verdana can be connected to jln segambut dalam....

The widened road alignment was set earlier by DBKL. Nobody can encroach on their road or be prepared to be demolished. I think by GE 2017/18 it will be done, JANJI DITEPATI smile.gif

Bro, don't dream, this place will never be MK. It's not even on the Jalan Segambut-Kiara 3 road.

It is Bukit Segambut. Have confidence, if the people are ok, the name Bukit Segambut will be OK.

The faster people become educated and civilised, the faster the place can have a chance to boom.

bro, i check from wikimapia, opposite kiara 3, richmond and impian villas are squatters. so it can be widened on the opposite side.
