Yup..middle floor already 800k++,(90% loan need installment 3.5k++ per month in 35 yrs),so developer give the cash back promotion let buyer for renovation so i like this cash back promotion...

Sorry guy, I give the wrong info,that one is before purchase block B promotion,now the 10% + 5% is direct discount when purchase the house

it should be first 5% discount to form the SPA price. the other 5% + 5% will be given during CF or other arrangement depending on whether you are taking 90% loan or 70%. Downpayment of 10% can be done via 24mth EPP (Maybank and RHB's visa/master). That's my understanding..

where else are you comparing with scenaria? same price and location type?

keep an eye on the kampung down there if u pass by the PLUS highway. i most of the kampung has been cleared. whats remaining are only those at the road side.

of course, segambut dalam is a big piece of land, only part of it is cleared. but those lands connected to MK and rosevilla one are cleared.

but i doubt the road can be widen as 2 MK projects have been completed just right beside the road.

heard that there will be a DUKE 2 extension project around. Will this impacted Scenaria?

segambut dalam road difficult to widen as you said, now we can hope the second road which is bukit segmbut - prima pelangi - kiaramas can be connected, and the road from mk 28 and verdana can be connected to jln segambut dalam....

bro, i check from wikimapia, opposite kiara 3, richmond and impian villas are squatters. so it can be widened on the opposite side.
