Very rough KL gem...

But standing there and looking around, changes/upgrading works are visible, new buildings are coming up in here and Dutamas and Kiara 3, and KL City Plan shows some good road linkages between Bukit Segambut, Dutamas and MK, via the new widened Jalan Segambut.

SMK Segambut Jaya is also quite a good national school, check Wiki, and it has asrama so less jam to pick up students..

Once the buildings take shape and roads upgraded, the area will become another hip part of Kuala Lumpur, which attracts young professionals/family types. OK location, new buildings, and importantly not out of reach $$$ wise...

And the nice restaurants and shops are just a few mins drive MK, Sri Hartamas, Dutamas, Desa Parkcity, and journey to KL City is straightforward...

I think it can shine one day...lol... biggrin.gif

Ya. But very need to sibeh hold hold hold. After VP. Can see this place got future. But seriously need sibeh lot patient. Those think come whack n run after VP very Susah. Rental lagi susah. After VP still need another minimum long 5 years to polish. Or even 10 years.... That roughly the circle line complete or half way there.

I just realize a mosque is under construction at the road junction when you Scenaria backroad to Mont Kiara. Omg

hi..are you referring to the Masjid Ubudiah, Kampung Segambut (click the link) , opposite Laman Damaisari?

If not, can you help to locate the location via google map?

Agree, rental susah. If rental susah i dont think capital is gonna appreciate a lot. I always ask ppl who invest in "fake mont kiara" area, y dont invest in MK instead?

oowww....houses near Masjid...everyday morning & evening will hear whistling.gif

my current house not that close (not walking distance) also listen same rhythm everyday...coz they use Big speaker va va voom ~

Need to highlight, no discrimination here ya....just for sharing smile.gif

I think they will be civilised about the volume in this area. MK28, meridin, dutamas also within 500m, just next to the masjid there are some expensive homes.

Anyone lives in TTDI? Or DU uptown? How's the volume?

Erm...i think block A still have floor haven open cause when i purchase just open 5-8 floor sell only...
