the real condo name in the SPA is actualy "Laman Scenaria Kiara", "kiara" sure adds value to the property,  and if its without "kiara" word,  the location is not bad too, bukit segambut, surronded by high class bungalores on the hills.....

North kiara actually doenst exist in any address even the dutamas area... but do not worry too much about  the address, look back 10 years ago, mont kiara is actually segambut, jalan kiara 3 was yesterday jalan segambut dalam, desa park city was actually jalan menjalara, kepong, we can see that addresses & road names will change from time to time....

which unit? i am still waiting for my loan. banker say ccris super decent, is only a matter of time until the approval. but i have been delaying the loan application submission    almost 1 month since the booking adi xD i scare they cancel my booking.

Yea, the banker said because its a property in KL, so charge more, but not necessary so much more mah, I don't really mind 1k more or something for the hassles, but don't want to look like a fool paying 12k. ;(

I am trying to contact Scenaria panel lawyer for the SPA, but not sure if they are panel lawyer for RHB too?

Jus follow up the status with UOA's officer yesterday and get the replied as below:
The latest news that I have received is that the progressive billing will be expected earliest by mid-October 2013
For your info, the procedure will practice like this :

(a)  Once the progressive billing is ready, we will send out the billing to the relevant parties.

(b)  The due date for bank to release payment is 21 days. (To faster/speed up the procedure, you may monitor/follow up closely with your banker once you receive a cc copy of billing.)

©  After we receive the payment from bank, we also need time to check through.

(d)  As you know this is under construction project and under HDA, it is monitor by Ministry Housing, we have to get approval release payment from account in order to issue the refund cheque. (This is beyond our control to speed up the procedure)

Thus, we can only expect 1-2 months later once the progressive billing is ready to claim. Estimate would be around Nov/Dec
