dont stress yourself financially... then of coz the car safety is also an important factor... try speak to your parent... instead of giving them RM550 per month.. maybe u should try to make an understanding in between RM400 per month. by then u should have RM1000 per month for yourself too.. remember.. those RM200 is for some emergency also... RM200 not everyone also u need that... so u can consider that RM200 also a little bit of extra saving.

plus if iamf+ version dont have shiftronic... its very usefull when u go up/down hill... so cfe version will have the best of 2 worlds.. manual and auto... are u a manual driver too?

1. house cheapest in ipoh goes around 200k ( 180k for 18 x 60 Botani if im not mistaken)
assuming you buy car first  and your loan go through, ur house loan might not go through cz u jsut start work.
2. renovation ( basic + furniture ( basic) : set aside another 40k
3. wedding : sigh chinese wedding can kills la wei! kns! set aside another 80k

you do the calculation how much u will need to bump out if u want to settle all soon.

If you heart is with CFE, then get the CFE. Dont get the IAFM but everytime see a CFE on the road you feel abit sour and regret. You are only loaning RM40k++, shouldn't be too hard especially when your salary increase in the next few year.
