I m using liqui moly 10-40. Revo is kind of engine treatment n ceratec is to reduce friction and wear in engine.
and all this you change yourself or what? proton sc allows it?Proton Prevé V14, Turbocharged Car; Supercharged Thread

Only signal light blinking. Anyone get this thing solved? hmm, should have stated in the manual, but why not to have front doors trigger honk if not properly close? |

Added on August 14, 2012, 10:40 pm QUOTE(aegis`- @ Aug 14 2012, 10:33 PM) ok if proton sc allows ill buy liquimoly from you Thanks in advanced. but yeah gotta wait nov/dec only ill book for my car Yeah, by using liquimoly product, ur engine will be much quieter and smooth. U will feel the different before 1k(with factory oil) n after 1k service with liquimoly. This post has been edited by guna96: Aug 14 2012, 10:40 PM |

QUOTE(Chicharito7 @ Aug 14 2012, 08:02 PM) Guys, anyone knows about the engine knocking or pinging sound? Same problem here. but seem only two of us got the pinging sound problem. i m having that trikkkkk sound(like old car) when the rpm reaches 1.6k - 1.8k... will this lead to bigger engine problem in future? many thanks! |

good morning guys!
fyi.. i went for a forte test drive last sunday.. and i was surprised by the interior design and comfort of the car.. compared to preve CFE.. size is more or less the same..forte is more responsive (maybe the preve test drive unit is too sluggish) but that preve has better handling and comfort.. but forte's interior seems to be better with higher quality of material used+better finishing.. my gf encourage me to buy forte EX(low spec) but my dad encourage me to buy preve CFE.. so what do u guys think? |

QUOTE(nicgoh @ Aug 15 2012, 08:54 AM) coz taking 9yrs loan ma for that.. lolololex forte got 3-4k discount for the time being.. so the price will be around 75k but need ur guys opinions la dont scold me la bro dares Forte is a decent car, but EX variant no ESC and only 2 airbags. Power-wise slightly better than IAFM but running on 6AT. Does not handle as good as the Preve, theoretically. |
