When you select reverse gear, it powers the camera and sends signal to the HU to switch input from camera.

I only DIY pasang the camera at the rear only. Had accessory shop do the wiring. Less stressful for me. Scared to dismantle dashboard and run the wire under the carpet.

Go to preveclub forum. There's a thread with pictures detailing how to DIY reverse camera.

1) I didnt drill hole. I attached by using 3M double sided tape (same type as for visor). Even if tape falls out, it won't drop out because license plate located underneath it, wont allow it to fall.

2) Night vision is quite good. No need extra lighting sources even when it's dark.

Yes it did. Hard to quantify with words; have to drive it to believe it. 
Think they gave me a special price for the camera wiring. Only 1xx. Best if you call up the owner Desmond to inquire @017-2823073. I went to KL Auto because I wanted to do autofoam and I heard good things about them. Autofoam wasn't cheap but the CVT's whine was annoying me.

seriously with the CN 13*** less and less car face problem... if u really have a budget for CFE... i really recommend u get the CFE. its has more safety features. and also relax to drive around as u know u can remote control the HU from the steering. upgradable reverse camera. extra power when u need the turbo...

Oh.... if you speeds....you get saman, either your choice to pay big duit kopi to our big gov or small duit kopi to police to settle.

i went to settle my speeding saman (01/07/2012) last week at police station, i remember i told the police, the saman time no correct la, 1am and im still sleep at home...

havent install reverse cam yet, just now go install tint only...cabut the front tint...replace with Deluxe package...but the 4 windows and rear windscreen, add 2nd layer....
tmr morning only do reverse cam...

thats why la.. all because of dares' fault la..

hi there...my family have just received a white preve cfe just now..chasis number 12782..what is batch is that car on? first impression after driving..everything is great...no sluggishness felt on acceleration...great!
