i went to medivron before, and they gave me useless shit like painkillers antibiotics and crap. then charge me rm 100

the real dr ng is next door in klinik utama. VERY good doctor and no overcharging at all from him. next time go there instead.

But a second thought told me that the rate shouldn't differ much so I ended up keeping the suggestion from you.
Well, you could have save a lot more with the clinic at USJ.

I kena before also. But not until use scalpel. Instead gave me injection and more ubat to makan. I think that week i hardly eat or drink anything cos of pain.

Anybody that feels that the charges by either hospital or klinik in the private side can forward their complains directly to the MOH.

If really the doctor is overcharging the MOH can do something about it. However bear in mind the following

1. MOH/KKM regulates ONLY professional fees (that is doctors charges)
2. So if the doctor charges too high on medication, we can only forward the complain to the consumers side of the ministry to give them warning letter
3. Only fees problems are handle by me. But if you're unhappy about services or you feel that the doctor is unethical, you can also email directly to me so I can forward it to the correct  department for action.
4. If you are the complainant, the rules and regulations 'says' that you need to meet up the doctor for 'grievance procedure'. so if you want to complain but remains anonymous, it is much more difficult to take action, since part of the investigation of the complains will 'dig out' your case files. However, all investigation will be strictly confidential between MOH/complainant/premise.
5. If you can, provide evidence bout the alleged doctor. for example, if you feel that you're overchaged, asked the doctor to give you itemised bill. It is by law that they have to. If they don't want, then it's MMC that will take action.

which usj? so far the only one i go nowadays is alam medic or sjmc

I usually visit the one at USJ 2, average cost RM 36 - RM 54 for flu/sore throat/fever.

please complaint to the relevant parties or write a letter to the newspapers with this clinic details. Should not keep quiet about this, it will the blardy doctor richer by the day only...
