OIC, so KR2 entrance is next to this Calvary Convention Centre? So is it KR2 entrance first then only this Calvary Convention Centre or after?

I just bought 2 units yesterday. Both at Tower 3 L15 & L23. Comes with 3 carparks each. Hope its a good investment.

Drove past the project from kesas highway recently n I must say kr2 is coming up very fast.  However I also noted that the developer uses concrete slabs as walls between units as oppose to brick wall used by the other project next to kr2. Does this practise conform to the materials used stated in the S&P (if there is specs used stated) and any impact on future internal reno, etc etc? The other project on the opposite site of kesas hway also doing the same.

Could it be due to Twin Arks premium price makes KR2 looks like a super bargain? or the news of WCT and jalil City boost the demand for this area?

9) Overall, BJ 2017 would be completely diff hub compare to BJ 2012
