Just made my payment of 15K at Alliance bank today (loan 70%), any idea when is the next payment? I always have the impression I will pay 2 x 10% since the first 10% (3% deposit, 7% discount) has been settled, somehow it was break into smaller part payment that goes with each level of progression.
OT: When paying at Alliance counter, I saw them having 6.6% FD rate, incredible!!!! Must check details with them tml. This post has been edited by Xccess: Dec 11 2012, 10:38 PM |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Dec 11 2012, 11:08 PM) Bro, regarding the next payment of the 20%... Yes Bro, I need the schedule and billing to prepare payment in advance. Will call and check with them. Thanks ya I think u better seek advise from ur S&P lawyer, as they have the schedule and coordinate with developer for the claim and billing. Or else, for developer side, u may ask the estimation from Qistina or probably the SA can ask for you. Hehe. |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Dec 11 2012, 11:34 PM) No prob ... Never requested it, leave it the way it is since S&P already signed. It will only reflect badly on them if they don't deliver their words, for me if no DIBS then I'll just have to pay the monthly instalment from now. Freebies or not, I'm fine since as I have intention to renovate the unit base on my own design/concept, also dunno what sorta stuff they are giving us, treat it as a bonus if things works out to my liking.Best way is, ask them to email you everything ... I use this way of black & white to protect myself ... Btw, anyone of you request the DIBS Letter and Freebies Letter from the S&P lawyer? To me it's already a good buy, don't wanna get stress over the documents. I'm sure some don't take it that way but that's how I look at it. Peace |

QUOTE(ronn77 @ Dec 12 2012, 12:04 PM) You must be loaded man...hunting for best FD rates Ohhh c'mon Bro Ronn, just sumthing that caught my eyes over the counter, besides rarely come across 6.6% with 6 months deposit. As you know I'm taking 70% loan, just wanna to put the balance 20% into this FD if return rates is as stated. Trying to squeeze some juice outta it. as for people like us, probably we are looking for low % for personal loan You just being humble la, me trying to make ends meet too. If really loaded already purchase the unit in cash loh. |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Dec 27 2012, 02:38 PM) Oh no. Any lubang to dig some cash ahh? Sigh. Lol....also searching for cash lobang. In terms of food, you can find good local food in almost every corner of Bangkok, the place I'll never miss is Chinatown(Yaowarat), good seafood, sharkfin soup, birdnest etc. Other then that is the famous Chatuchak weekend market but prepare to squeeze among the crowd, wear light clothing cos it will be hot. Plenty of good clubs in Bangkok, RCA, Saxophone bar, best skyline of Bangkok can be seen in this posh drinking cum dining place call Sirroco located on 63rd floor of Lebua State Tower.Hated they ask this payment bfore CNY. Haiz. So good, go Bangkok again and celebrate NY. Ehh any nice place for food, pls share ok? I going Bangkok during CNY period. For something exotic you can try Nihonmachi at Sukumvit Road(Soi) 26 (K-Village), this place serve authentic Japanese backstreet food from grill intestine to Horse fats and sashimi(Delicious), this place is a mall so there's some other nice bars and eatery too. Information can be found here and next to the link is for Sirocco http://www.kvillagebangkok.com/FloorPlan.aspx , http://www.lebua.com/en/the-dome-dining/sirocco-restaurant/ Some Chinese restaurant in Bangkok does serve Cobra for steamboat, can drink its blood with gall juice in it, serve the beating heart too, forgotten the name and address, my verdict is really yummy, not for the faint hearted. Shopping for girls can be found in Platinum mall and Terminal 21, there's also plenty of large posh malls in the heart of Bangkok. The usual activities in Bangkok is purely makan, massage, drink and party. Sorry to derail from KR2 topic. Added on December 27, 2012, 3:33 pm QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Dec 27 2012, 03:12 PM) Errr. It was my second Bangkok tour since abt 8-10 years ago. Me too will never go back HK after my first trip last year, their attitude is appalling, such a big turn off. Taipei not bad but I find the food is overrated from those show we've seen on TV, was there during winter season so nothing much to buy as all winter clothing.I prefer Taipei a lot. Cost of spending low, frenly ppl, polite workers, nice n cheap food, helpful and cheerful girls, approachable clubbing Taiwanese ladies, good retail packaging and etc. HK ok, like enjoying on malls but dislike the Hong Kies attitude and LCLY. Just got back from KR2 showroom, a friend of mine wanted a unit so recommended him Tower 3, nothing much left, only saw 3 units at level 26 (Double Lanai) and 1 unit at level 25, hope he can make up his mind fast as he is interested in getting Type C1 with single balcony, last one left on Lvl 25.
Was told in total there's 50 units left, majority on lower floor and those with huge garden. I think very soon those high level units will be gone. |

QUOTE(twincharger07 @ Feb 6 2013, 10:18 PM) yea.. other development also got buyer get buyer incentives.. maybe KR sibeh confident of their sales that they dun need such scheme.. Hehehe...I'm just happy my good friend finally made his purchase. For past few days, he went to both KM1 and Twin Arkz show unit, those remaining units is about 2000 sqft which is beyond his budget, not forgetting TAz maintenance fee is 0.39 per sqft. He don't like the idea of paying over a mil for a condo thus decided on KR2.Windows On The Park lagi geng.. if you are not buyer also never mind, as long as you can intro a fren to buy, they still giv u referral fee.. lolzz.. |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Feb 6 2013, 11:48 PM) Glad tat u have good pal joining u into KR2, hehe. Discounted price is about 657K, when you factor in one additional carpark on top of the 2 he is getting, it is still cheap. Once WCT completed, I'm sure the price will go up further. He was totally into KM1 East when he stepped into the show unit but too pricey, his intention is to get a unit above 1400 sqft and if he go with TAz, the price tag will go above 1 mil too.How much he bought Lvl 25 by the way? 1490 sq ft unit still good, extra size of 43 sf in balcony is better than Lvl 26-30 double lanai, too exp but also got lot ppl like the idea of 2 lanais to create separate privacy. I think Twin Arkz still got units below 2,000 sf but like u said, too expensive dy, nvm, but overprice. My fren just bought a 1200 sf unit at Twin Arkz ytd for over RM 835k after discount. He buying for own stay and very like the concept / facilities offered by Exsim esp fully furnished. I rec him KM1 East Villa or Condo but size too huge for him, thus left TAz. His profile, I agree him should go to TAz or any luxury condo. Not even dare to rec him KR2 bcz his cheapest prop owned was MK28. Your friend so rich, next time you just recommend them and get commission will do. |

QUOTE(frozen44 @ Feb 7 2013, 09:19 AM) All sifu / bj taikor, Bro congrats on your purchase. Join our facebook, you can search under Kiara Residence 2 Group, I can see majority of T3 is for ownstay, you have made the right choice and not forgetting 3 parking space. Was wondering tower 3 unit no.1 mid flr was good a good buy? what is the major buyer concern apart from half block view by tower 2? What i like most is 3 car park and 1457sqft. More spacious.. Definately an ideal sqft for own stay. |
