Anyone one else receive letter for payment? Please update, mine is coming soon, I'm suppose to pay 15K as my loan is 70%.

My friend with GF parking already got his letter asking for 12K payment. I believe mine will come in next Monday.

Just made my payment of 15K at Alliance bank today (loan 70%), any idea when is the next payment? I always have the impression I will pay 2 x 10% since the first 10% (3% deposit, 7% discount) has been settled, somehow it was break into smaller part payment that goes with each level of progression.

OT: When paying at Alliance counter, I saw them having 6.6% FD rate, incredible!!!! Must check details with them tml.

Never requested it, leave it the way it is since S&P already signed. It will only reflect badly on them if they don't deliver their words, for me if no DIBS then I'll just have to pay the monthly instalment from now. Freebies or not, I'm fine since as I have intention to renovate the unit base on my own design/concept, also dunno what sorta stuff they are giving us, treat it as a bonus if things works out to my liking.

To me it's already a good buy, don't wanna get stress over the documents. I'm sure some don't take it that way but that's how I look at it. Peace

Bro, didn't you receive the letter asking for the first payment? I suggest you call Kiara Resources 03-56322622 to check your billing. When I enquire the next payment, I was told to be around January 2013.

All Holiday mood already la, if you wanna know your status just give them a call. I only found out mine was ready when I called them, ask them to courier to my place instead of having to make a trip down. KR2 thread also going through a cooling period, less active these days.

Plenty of good clubs in Bangkok, RCA, Saxophone bar, best skyline of Bangkok can be seen in this posh drinking cum dining place call Sirroco located on 63rd floor of Lebua State Tower.

For something exotic you can try Nihonmachi at Sukumvit Road(Soi) 26 (K-Village), this place serve authentic Japanese backstreet food from grill intestine to Horse fats and sashimi(Delicious), this place is a mall so there's some other nice bars and eatery too. Shopping for girls can be found in Platinum mall and Terminal 21, there's also plenty of large posh malls in the heart of Bangkok. The usual activities in Bangkok is purely makan, massage, drink and party.

Taipei not bad but I find the food is overrated from those show we've seen on TV, was there during winter season so nothing much to buy as all winter clothing.

Just got back from KR2 showroom, a friend of mine wanted a unit so recommended him Tower 3, nothing much left, only saw 3 units at level 26 (Double Lanai) and 1 unit at level 25, hope he can make up his mind fast as he is interested in getting Type C1 with single balcony, last one left on Lvl 25.

Was told in total there's 50 units left, majority on lower floor and those with huge garden. I think very soon those high level units will be gone.

My friend just manage to grab the last remaining unit in T3 level 25, I think KR2 can gimme some commission...lol

I'm also curious to know the development for WCT project. I think we will get more info after CNY, everyone is in holiday mood for now. Kong Xi Fa Chai to all

Hehehe...I'm just happy my good friend finally made his purchase. For past few days, he went to both KM1 and Twin Arkz show unit, those remaining units is about 2000 sqft which is beyond his budget, not forgetting TAz maintenance fee is 0.39 per sqft. He don't like the idea of paying over a mil for a condo thus decided on KR2.

Discounted price is about 657K, when you factor in one additional carpark on top of the 2 he is getting, it is still cheap. Once WCT completed, I'm sure the price will go up further. He was totally into KM1 East when he stepped into the show unit but too pricey, his intention is to get a unit above 1400 sqft and if he go with TAz, the price tag will go above 1 mil too.

Your friend so rich, next time you just recommend them and get commission will do.
