It's a single row of 3 storey building, I highly doubt they can squeeze out 30 rooms even for a boutique hotel. Also since when the community hall became Surau?

If I'm not wrong, the renewal have to be done as a whole, meaning every unit have to agree and fork out a sum of money (Provided tenure renew has been approved from authority). Correct me I'm wrong.

No idea in terms of calculation. By the time it is due for renewal, I've already moved to another world. laugh.gif

The LRT station behind KR2 is looking good. Not sure if all LRT stations have the same design.
