I was told by a kind fella that price for 1490 sqft now is selling at about 680K, some units have open for lvl 7, 17 and 23A. Can anyone verify if they have increase the selling price? I got this news yesterday.

Bro, my friend purchase 1490 sf at RM 657K (3 parking). If RM 680K then price must have increase isn't it? Better double check again with this guy for more details, after CNY then I call showroom to double confirm.

A guy made a enquiry 2 days after my friend's purchased only to be told the price for 1490sf is RM680K (after discount )from now onwards. I'm just posting this info to verify if there's really a price increase.

Need advice from Bros here. My purchased price is 656K, after my deposit 3% and 7% discount the balance is 590k. Took loan of 70% meaning I need to cough out the remaining 20% which worked out to about 130K. Below is my billing invoice with date, please advice if everything is in sequence with building progress before I proceed to pay for no. 2 & 3.

1) Dated 05/12/2012 - Stage 2 2(a) completion of earthwork (carpark) - amount 15,000.00 (Paid)

2 ) Dated 27/03/2013 - Stage 2 2(a) piling & foundation of the building (unit) - amount 60,620.00 (unpaid)

3 ) Dated 27/03/2013 - Stage 2 2(b) completion of piling work (carpark) - amount 15,000.00 (unpaid)

I briefly asked the girl when will I need to pay the balance of about 40k, she told me not sure, maybe 1 to 2 months time......so fast meh??? sweat.gif

Bro, I find it confusing too, the invoice was for me to issue the payment. This is the amount I'm require to settle soon. Since my loan is 70%, I need to settle progressive of 130K, after deducting the amount on No.1,2 and 3, 40K is the balance which I was told should be settle in the next billing from the girl I talked to from Kiara Resources.

Any advice?

Just ended my call, was informed they have to bill me base on total differential amount rather than individual for Carpark and Unit because she said in my letter of offer the carpark and unit amount were not separated.

No choice, gonna head to the bank next week to settle the payment. Gonna pay up sooner or later but I guess in this case have to proceed ahead.

So, it is estimate at 2.4kms from Kr2 guard house to the middle point of Pavilion 2 @ Jalil City.

There will be few more options in the future once the few proposed interchange was done by Malton as well as the new proposed road to be done by Trinity Group to link Bkt Jalil highway ( thru Ladang Bkt Jalil ) nearer to Jalan 4/155 or Bkt OUG Condo / ZR but I see the above measurement could be the nearest for KR2 owners / tenants.

The new proposed interchanged by the Malton for the Jalil CIty would heavily impact the Bkt Jalil as well as for Bdr Kinrara / Alam Sutera / Bkt Serdang users, coupled with new highways of SKIP and Kidex near Giant Kinrara and roads extension to 3 lanes for Bkt Jalil Highway.

It's left the Bkt Jalil taikor, the Seng Kung to contribute a bit for the new porpose roads elsewhere.
