Umobile upload since last week is max 500kbps. before that I can get 1.5mbps

Anyone experience slow speed,esp upload in Subang Jaya from 9-11pm? Complain to Umobile and they advise it is likely congestion issue.Like that also can? Upload speed is 10-20kbps and download 100-300kbps. Disconnection very frequent

If roam on Maxis,it will be shown on MIFI. Do you mean Maxis has slower speed than UMobile?

In Melaka where UMobile roam on Maxis network,I can get 5Mbps DL

Subang at 9pm,I am quite sure I surf on UMobile.Upload is only 20kbps,and disconnect often. Still waiting for UM reply( official) but on tweeter,they suspect is congestion

U Mobile speed at night past 3 weeks in subang jaya is very bad. Most of the time can't even open facebook page,esp around 10pm.complaint to u mobile and MCMC also no use. U mobile never reply to my complaint,except on twitter they claim maybe congestion. U mobile promise to reply MCMC but now still keep quiet. Very disappointed with u mobile.

Those stay in subang and thinking to sign up u mobile need to think twice esp if you want to use at night

If you stay in Subang area,better go for Maxis.I am on UM128 20G plan.At night,speed is very slow or disconnect often.Complaint to UM no reply,only on twetter they say maybe congestion. This problem already 3 weeks

I also use Maxis prepaid,so far so good

Signal is full at my area. Also,daytime speed is good,3-5Mbps.So coverage is not a problem. Issue is why U Mobile keep quiet about my complaint?If they think their tower no problem,just tell MCMC that.Till now,they dare not reply or tell MCMC anything,only saying they will investigate.

Only at night from 9-11+pm. Day time is good,in fact I am very happy. Actually speed at night also good but since 3 weeks ago,speed at night is crazy. Can;t even open google page,speedtest ( if I can go to speedtest.net) show 0.1-0.2Mbps and 10kbps upload. I am very upset because UMobile just ignored my complaint. I complained to MCMC,and was told UM must reply within a week. But 2 weeks pass,and UM also ignore directive from MCMC

My MIFI modem is sim locked for 6 months. I actually ask U Mobile if they can unlock my MIFI earlier( I already 4months+ subscription). Again no reply. At least after unlock,I can use Maxis on UMobile MIFI.Now when speed is slow or no internet,I have to use my phone as modem

Anyway,today speed seems ok till now ( 9.38pm)

Yes,since U Mobile start roaming agreement with Maxis,speed is getting worse day by day.You are lucky to get 2Mbps. I get 10kbps upload at night only,can't even send out tweeter message.

Don't think slowdown is due to quota reached. Normally after quota,speed is 128kbps ( or 64kbps)

CFM replied within 2 days. But their answer is to instruct must reply within 7 days. But umobile just ignore CFM instruction. Really doubt u mobile has any customer service team to answer calls /emails from cusotmers

First 3 mths I also got 5mbps most of the time. After that, slow or almost no Internet at night. Many customers voice same complaint at umobile FB . U mobile also not bother to reply on FB,and I believe they will wait until they solve the congestion at night/ peak hours
