I lodged a report to SKMM/CFM about a month ago.. the only thing uMobile replied "We acknowledged, will be investigated", after 1 week, no answer I decided to call CFM about it, they sent a reminder, still no reply. So I call UMobile CS directly, the only thing they said, they have no record of the complaint... Where do I go now?

communication breakdown within departments, some issue related to back end just like trying your luck

even though dealers like us trying to help also need to pass by lots procedures... hoping it will get improved asap

1Customer at UM told me if telco admited their network is congested,they may be fined by MCMC.That is why they cant comment or reply to my complaint.This make customers furious,and not only they lost customers,upset customers will then spread this to their friends not to use UM

Mistake. Speedtest was done when my PC connect to YES modem. Seems like UM still the same,disconnection and slow 8-11pm

I've been using U mobile broadband for the pass few year, at first it was very stable and fast. I can say the best broadband around.
but till recently, for the pass few months, it become very slow and now even worst, it lags and keep on disconnecting, I can't even load a facebook page. I haven't reach my Quota. so that's not the problem.

anyone facing this problem too? anyway to fix it?
If really no, den gonna giv up U mobile and use other ISP. fed up with it already.

I experience slow speed past two months at night only.Day time ok. Worse is UM totally ignore customer complaints. Met 1 very upset customer at UM's Sunway outlet

Forgot to update you guys about my CFM complaints, they did reply after 4 weeks stating nothing but general info and flagged my ticket as "Closed" oh, and of course I do not stop here, I just put more essays and made another complaints to CFM. I'm not looking for information, I'm looking for solutions.

UM replied few days after I complained to CFM. they only said they will investigate. Now 2 months still no reply.

Today I was at UM Sunway and asked if UM has any answer for my complaint. Staff there told me he is not CS,and ask me to call( but calls to them no answer). Fed up with UM,I terminate my line.

Now trying Maxis prepaid using UM/ZTE MIFI modem.Speed day time is 1-1.5Mbps ( slightly slower than UM) but Ping/response is much faster.Also,Maxis less disconnection( UM disconnect every 30 mins or sometimes even 20mins)
