Emailed at least 10 times to them. If U mobile see this,pls comment why no reply after 1 month,many many emails sent.Also,I left message at their twitter and facebook. Only answer is from twitter- may due to congestion

Hopeless UMobile.Complant slow speed at night past 2 month.They have not replied and now day time( 2pm) download speed is also like turtle.http://www.speedtest.net/result/2630680953.png

Depending on area. SS15 I can get 8mbs DL and 1.5Mbps UL. SS12 is area UM has problem,and UM do not deny

I am in SS12. UMobile is not slow all time,I get fast day time,average 3Mbps ( seldom get 10mbps) but at night,UM very unstable

I was t UMobile Sunway branch to unlock MIFI,and follow up on my complaint. CS there admitted UM has data network problem past few months at my area ( Subang Jaya),and customers may experience slow or no internet. She could not offer any answer as when this problem will be solved. Another customer was at outlet also complain very slow internet most of the time

Disappointed with UM as they refuse to admit or advise customer accordingly

UMobile is worst in term of customer service.P1 and Maxis also slow and bad. Can't comment on Celcom.But Digi is pretty fast,max 3 days you get reply

Umobile unlock my SIM <24 hours ( actually only 10 hours) from time of my request,and request made on sunday.I am impressed. On why Umobile does not reply on technical related issue,I am sure they have no answer /solution on slow /no internet in my area during peak hours

1Customer at UM told me if telco admited their network is congested,they may be fined by MCMC.That is why they cant comment or reply to my complaint.This make customers furious,and not only they lost customers,upset customers will then spread this to their friends not to use UM

Today speed at 8.40pm is unbelieable fast

Mistake. Speedtest was done when my PC connect to YES modem. Seems like UM still the same,disconnection and slow 8-11pm

Stupid UM connection at 11.07pm still so unstable.Connect you for 10 mins,disconnect for 20 mins

I face slow speed since Feb this year.I subscribed UM Oct last year,first few months ok.Anyway,where is your location?

I personally went to UM branch in Sunway.They told many customers complain the same at Subang Sunway area. They can't commit when this will be solved

With that,I have decided to switch to Maxis end of this month.Pls note UM will charge you full month even you cancel before last day of the month

It seems like congestion is not limited to Subang USJ area.While I had bad experience with Maxis,I understand Maxis has fastest speed in many area.I probably try prepaid first

YES is damn but they use different modem,and I cant try prepaid

1st time in 2 mths I get >2Mbps DL and >1Mbps UL at 8pm+. Best no disconnection

Getting 7Mbps with Maxis prepaid at 9pm. Strange UMobile at this time is 0.1-0.3Mbps( if you lucky).But day time,UM is 2-4Mbps but Maxis is 1-2Mbps

OMG,consistently getting >7mbps DL and 2Mbps UL with Maxis prepaid. I am using 21Mbps MIFI. Should have terminate turtle speed UMobile long time ago
