I lodged a report to SKMM/CFM about a month ago.. the only thing uMobile replied "We acknowledged, will be investigated", after 1 week, no answer I decided to call CFM about it, they sent a reminder, still no reply. So I call UMobile CS directly, the only thing they said, they have no record of the complaint... Where do I go now?

Forgot to update you guys about my CFM complaints, they did reply after 4 weeks stating nothing but general info and flagged my ticket as "Closed" oh, and of course I do not stop here, I just put more essays and made another complaints to CFM. I'm not looking for information, I'm looking for solutions.

Complaints after complaints, finally they're doing something about it, I'll give them another month, if nothing happens, I'll do more complaint through CFM.

I'm happy for the first few months with uMobile.. now I'm no longer happy, I just had service disruption over 2 weeks, I've made several complaints before, it all took at least 1month to get a reply (mind you this is CFM complaints), this is the last string, I'm trying to get a job and my phone is not getting any signal last 2 weeks, I've missed several job calls and the main cause is my phone.. That's it, for this time I wouldnt make a complaint anymore, RM30 for this kind of service? I'll leave, you guys have fun.

I'm having problem with mine, I wanted to pay my umob postpaid using credit card, but MSOS sent code to phone which is barred from receiving calls/sms. What should I do? lol. Even if I want to use your service, I have to pay using m2u, also send code to phone.

No problem with maybank part actually, just having barred phone numbers is troublesome, gonna call umob CS later in morning and ask if i can pay through their CS instead.

It would be troublesome if you do online banking, most banks send approval code/ TAC for online banking, even credit card spending are being send to us the min the transaction is being logged ~ even my wife's spending's on the supp card is being sent to me [Hsbc cc]  biggrin.gif

doh.gif no, the phone number is suspended.. which what i mean from barred. Hope that clears out.

Update : Called CS, they unsuspend my phone for 15mins to receive MSOS code to make payment. Everything settled now, all within 5 minutes. thumbup.gif
