Alright, got my detailed bill, stated was Access fee RM22.40 and usage charges RM0.38. Wasnt I supposed to pay minimum RM28 because I'm using U28 package?

Town unfortunately. I was told by the CS that they're using Maxis tower here, so that's probably Maxis's problem.

Anyway still getting GPRS since last night.

Lodging a report tomorrow if still no coverage, it's been 2/3 days living with GPRS. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Any idea if their hotline is no charge or not?

Suddenly H+ is back today, I was waiting it to drop but not avail. So, I guess no more problem with the towers then?

Hope so, rock steady H+ now even though only gave me 3Mbps at most. No big deal as long it's not GPRS.

What is not bad? There's really no data connection available, only nearest town (50KM away) got coverage

I called Customer Support, they confirmed there's no way I can use my dataplan here except on GPRS until further notice. I asked, when this place going to have the coverage, the only answer is we have no plan to support that area. I guess I have no other way other than terminating my package

Planning to do so, anymore cheaper data package? Because I use less than 500MB per month even though I'm using 1GB data package.

Speed isn't really big deal for me, as long can load page website. Is there any catch? Like after quota, can you still access internet @ capped speed or there's no access to internet after quota?
