guys just a quick one:
is it legal to tu deduct over time pay?? lets say a worker works on OT for an excess of 8hrs, the management then deducts 1hr from the total he worked that particular day.is this lawful? |

But have to do news reading w/o extra allowance for reading. FYI, at other stations u'll get atleast about RM200 per read or per shift. I did read in the first place is of goodwill with the intentions 'to help' the company. They said, it's only temporary so I so i gave it a leeway thinking, 'oh, this is just temporary', as m also been taught to multitask back at the agency when I was interning. Time passes and the 'temporary' turned to a year's passed now. On top of that, I have to do assistant producer's work and also producing an entire season of a programme - w/o my name in the end credit - but d producer who didn't do any work who gets the credits. When the rating's up the 'producer' takes all d credit alleging doing all the works from pre-production to post. But when the rating's down, all the blame is on, me, who by contract, is only a Journalist. Now i also had spent close to RM1k on my face, on 'claim', because of my negative skin reaction to the make up products. This is because we have no meds benefits. I feel like m being used.
