sometimes, engine oil burned off a bit by high RPM, but only very little amount.
BTW How much is your missing oil "1 cm on the dip"? how frequent you need to top up the missing engine oil?

place some newspaper between your two front wheel and let it stay overnight, see is there any leakage, and what oil is that first.

IS there a way to remap it now?
As far as i know, nothing much u can do with the legendary Karipap ECU.. . Its meant for good FC in the first place.
*
I think sifu-sifu mentioned about Piggy back ECU in previous post. I'm just asking for the sake of memory recalling I guess.
easily few gua, I'm only concern on ignition timing for my "air" car. biggrin.gif

Tweaking the Ignition timing works for VDO now? that's something new to me. Sorry, been out of touch on Proton's ECU for a number of years hehe..my knowledge is still 2008
*
No, not on VDO, it's getting one standalone ECU to tweak two different ignition timing.

Anti-roll works on body roll. Safety wise probably the front lower arm strenghthening it to the chassis. Good for old cars. But other than that will be welding
*
anti-roll is really convincing, also the appearance would be aggressive, biggrin.gif , how much it cost?
BTW, How to do " front lower arm strenghthening" leh?

QUOTE(GKWong @ Apr 4 2014, 08:08 PM)
Actually I just transplant my engine from 4G13P to a rebuilt 4G15P and the boss told me my current VDO ECU got no problem to handle the bigger displacement. Is just few days after the transplant and I check with OBD2 reader my engine got no trouble codes or issue so far. Upgrading from 1.3 to 1.5 I can really feel the different a lot now. I still try to limit my RPM no more than 3K and speed no more than 100KM/h for now to let the engine break-in for first 1000KM. Never know around 3K RPM I can actually wheel spin already  blush.gif

once i heard of Robyn RS Dynotune in puchong... with WORKS EMS1 can tune fueling and ignition on VDO... try google....
Try room bar and upper room bar... but bare in mind that any collision will cause big impact to ur chassis....
*
Interesting, thank you, ut really like what you said, collision cause the car chassis siap dabao, again, if it save life of the wira driver/ passenger, then it's worth every single cent.

depends on your budget and brand preferences. from Rm4++ till 2++ also have. some with brackets and lower arm, some without.
Front side strengthening for the lower arms and chassis. these are commonly flexed parts especially for aging cars.
normally i would look for front struts/anti-roll/front lower arm. other than that, rear strut is optional according to driving preference. fender and others are of not convincing enough and i will stay away from rear lower arm bar.

my 2 cents due to kena con experience tongue.gif
*
got it, front struts/anti-roll/front lower arm
I'm looking way to prevent something below happen, *under the circumstances that I'm driving at reasonable speed .

Asked by one unfamiliar mechanic to change chamber nut while doing alignment, which another friend always told me my wira doesn't need to. (slightly negative chamber setting)
so is the nut necessary? cause it's expensive for one change, any better long run solution/ alternative?

is the below chamber kit going to help?

*

Green is APM or PATCO.

Denso is red and Sanden is Blue.

Mine is not recond, it is new ones bought it almost rm1k....

the drier black colour hmmmm seems like the cheap ones where APM or PATCO use ones.... I dont like APM or PATCO because the cooling very slow unlike DENSO very rapid cooling and the compressor take less power from the engine.
*
Then next time die die will change to Denso type, notworthy.gif , last time got quoted RM550 to change to Denso compressor, recond type.
why did you get new one? how to differentiate new or recond type? beside price biggrin.gif ?
mind to enlighten us how to differentiate recond or new A/C compressor? never encounter new part, close to RM1K, wow, worth its price if can last another 8 years.
