add racing cam when the engine is not blueprint is like going for diving without even prepared. Hi-cam is to shift the power and allow to produce more power at higher rev. With current not blueprint engine, the engine vibration will kill the bearings and the internal engine components more faster.

with cams definitely you need cam pulley to determine the fine setup. racing clutch and exhaust is plausible effect depends on the overall setup.

Emanage is an all time favorite piggy, for NA engine it should be ok but for a serious mod Emanage should be eliminate and replace with any standalone ECU with full sequential setup.

cheaper option to gain better power perhaps replace to a higher capacity engine or force induction would be the answer.

Ultimate or blue is the same... They are still piggy... Ultimate can do more fine tune only but the rest is almost the same. Standalone is the way but aiming a 120whp on 4g15 with those mods will not work at all. Even you stroke the engine you only get about 110whp with cams and standalone where u spend about 10-20k edi.... If mod for fun then just put emanage blue and play play... If a serious mod then the feller had t seriously think and not by friend asking from a forum...

FYI figure analysis :
Emanage blue rm1400 include basic tune.
High cam and tuning rm600-1000 depends on tuner and cams
Clutch... Rm1000-2000 depends on type

As you can see basic setup will cost u edi rm3400... FYI all mods is priceless.... Not an investment.

actually the blue and ultimate not much different except more channel, refine also useless because it is a piggy so you are not running high resolution. Yes megasquirt is good option but must experience....

have to remove the head and send to machine shop to weld and recreate the thread. no cheap...

it is o2 sensor intermittent fault... try to remove the o2 sensor and clean it with methanol.

My satria turbo rm8 can go about 220km and the Waja mivec last time about rm12 @ 280km.
Both ride are full sequential system.

My standalone ECU control the sequential system... NGV is so nice to play coz its cheap however engine wear and tear is also high.... The gas in malaysia is suks... no consistency, go to seremban i get very good quality but in KL area terrible... too much air mixture... there will be never perfect settings.

Yup.... The tuning hard to get perfection unless use lpg...

o2 sensor.... maybe the o2 sensor is not installed or it is damaged.

I dont think the TB will effected much but check your TPS, it also can give error. Your issue most likely to be o2 sensor.

Ask your mechanic close shop.... it is the most easy replacement work.... maybe do not earn much from there kot.

go to sparepart shop and ask.... rm30 kot if not mistaken.... u can DIY lah... just do the marking on the distributor before u remove so u can fix back without lari timing

got wiring diagram mah.... if dunno how to do just send to shop and ask ppl to fit it for u... rm30 only

Get halfcut player... rm100-300 for a decent ones.... only radio freq is different but can install booster to receive...
