Is it possible to use the digital aircon without wiring and sensors for its auto-aircond function?

The front door stock is 5.25 rite? If change to 6.5 will it cause any problem? Like my dad's neo, he changed to 6.5 then causes the rain water to drip in the cabin...after heavy rain whole carpet wet

Hi, im planning to transplant my 4g92 to 4g93 sohc c/w gearbox juz wan to ask sifu here is it worth to spend few k on a 18 years car as it born in 1996. And body work also need to do coz never paint b4 another few k to spend. Juz wanna getting some opinion from you all or change car better?

As you said installment is my concern part as i oso planning to get a house if buy car now will add up the burden as the most cheap saga oso nid 400+ installment a month. But sometime juz thinking tat if i get a new car at least it will b less prob than old car?juz my feeling la hahaha....

My auto gb done overhaul 2 years ago, it change gear not smooth at all at the first day i get the car but when i complain to the foreman that overhaul gb he said( IT IS LIKE THIS ONE). what to say? money paid nothg to do end up change foreman but no more budget at tat time. done it 1.7k. Now the engine cant even rev over 4k, the top is ok cos my car don have white smoke but i think the conrod bearing is giving up create knocking sound when free rev.

Steven, transplant to 4g93+gb or full overhaul 4g92 engine+replace gb which one is more worth? bcoz my car mileage bout 400k done 2 top overhaul and 1 full overhaul bac in about 12 years ago. i scare open up the piston oso nid to replace den the cost will b more high. Or do you have any suggestion?

I have a Proton Wira 1.5 2004. How do I find out the manufacturer for the air conditioning system ? I can't find it in the manual, and I was informed that it can be Denso, Patco and etc ..

new? or recond...?

have no problem with mine, thinking when it will kong, it's 10th year,
green sticker one is DENSO and Sanden? too dirty can't identify, drier is black colour, 04 wira VDO.
But I heard it's interchangeable (DENSO and Sanden) with additional bracket/ modification.

btw, after that radiator fan change, everytime the radiator fan spins, theres some vibration inside my car..

what cud be the prob? fan not screwed tight enough?

not too sure the fan vibrates or what.. but u know the radiator fan on/off at times right.. when it spins, there's some vibration sound inside the cabin.

in a way i guess its the fan which vibrates. 

fan not balanced? but if i didnt change the fan that day, it shudnt happen right? so most likely the installation not right.
i feel like buying honda city 2014 ..

Then next time die die will change to Denso type,  , last time got quoted RM550 to change to Denso compressor, recond type.
why did you get new one? how to differentiate new or recond type? beside price ?
mind to enlighten us how to differentiate recond or new A/C compressor? never encounter new part, close to RM1K, wow, worth its price if can last another 8 years.

many talking about trade-in and upgrade loh…. some of us here like me still hanging with our wira, but nowadays some girls also won’t even look second eye on us, luckily my girl got taste.

sigh.. most of those air-con service and repair shop likes con ppl. They just put some normal 1T oil into the system before filling the gas and some of them will tell you that their oil treatment is like the oil drop down from heaven and trying to charge customer very expensive. Then most of them will tell you that compressor cannot be repair one.. and bearing cannot be change or very hassle. Then insist you on getting a highly overpriced recon unit. Then will say the old compressor not worth a penny and they will help you to disposed it. Damn those foreman thought we all are idiot.
Even worst... I personally heard before the foreman told me car air-con is more complicated and car engine and some repair will cost few thousand.... bla bla
As for the fan motor, actually it should be below 100 bucks since is just the motor itself only. But in the market I guess they all selling around 130-160 for the bare motor without the assembly and blade.
So guys.. please be careful when approaching air-con service and repair shop. If possible don't straight away agree with them and try get advice from few ppl or other workshop. As they know the weather is very hot here nowadays... so they will try to hentam you
