Thanks, I just got my last portions for my refund after few months.
Still loosing a some money but at least settled everything and no more worries about the loan.
Now i become phobia whenever I heard of MLM company.

You need to go South gate office and fix an appointment for you to return your stocks. Without appointment they will not entertain you.
Make sure all your unused products which you going to return still sealed in good condition. Even some products they say is FREE during your purchased, you also have to return because is NOT FREE anymore when you want to terminate their membership.
Their staff will do a rough estimation of your refund and you just have to go back wait again for actual amount.
After that, they will issue cheque to you. Depends the money has collected from which up line and if that KP did not get any 'business', you might need to wait longer time to get your refund.

This is the scary part, when you are deep in the hole and they push you deeper into the hole by suggesting that you borrow more money to fill and line their pockets but in actual fact it is only putting you deeper into the hole.

Indeed, they had been deeply brain washed and think that just a business operating method.
In this term, they wouldn't feel guilty and be very excited and feel proud to "save people from evil corporate world".
Some of them that i know was really think that they helping people and change they life become better.

What about the life's of those family and relationship's that they have broken? This doesn't give them the licence to play god. One hand claim to help but the other hand, scams. What kind of good does that do?

Yes, you will get back your money but still have to follow up just in case. No point to ask from your up line because they will not do that for you.
Have you use other products beside the water filter?
Because the water filter cost you for few thousands plus if you have consume other products, the refund might be lesser.
How did you get your 35K?

They definitively won't care about it anymore. By play god they are bypass their heart and moral and enjoying the feeling of manipulated other people.

Ya we both learnt an expensive lesson, but in other hand we will be more aware and won't fall down to similar scam in future life.

A little bit add on detail for people that attention and find help on this post:>
Current withdrawal process:
1. Go to the south gate office which located at Block B 5th floor, and simple check with any officer who sit at counter.
2. The officer will give a phone number of withdrawal PIC, you need to call him/her by yourself.
3. Make an appointment with him, the available time were only on weekdays, 2pm-6pm.
4. Only unsealed product able to withdrawn, you can't even damage the plastic pack.
5. Mcocean will only refund when your upline have "sales", their will directly deduce their bonus to refund.
6. They will take at least 30 days to proceed whole process. Means in term of everything go smooth, still need to wait until next month only can get the refund
cheque.
7. No need find all of your upline ask for the refund amount. Unless you request do it by yourself, they will give you a disclaimer letter to sign, McOcean
won't take care the refund work anymore after you signed and then you need personal go to all of your upline and ask them refund one by one! (
