I just terminated my membership. Joined in June 2015, took 2 loans of RM36k to sign up as SP, tried my best in the next 5 months, got 1 GP in 1st month, and then got a few prospects ready to sign up. Also went for many trainings, did many warm ups...

In the end, I withdrew because I realized there were too many over-promises. I didn't want to be dishonest and hide certain details, so I'd rather quit. Also partly because time was running out.

So I terminated my membership to get a refund. Guess what, the process was tedious. A lot of hanky-panky in the calculations.

Plus you have to 'chase back' the commissions (for me, I could get RM17k back) from all 10 uplines BY YOURSELF.

Deduct this and that, total loss is RM8k coz of GST, admin charges, and undertable money.

They will never tell you what happens if you withdraw. hidden clauses here and there..

Yes, I still owe the 2 banks RM30k after paying RM1000+ for 6 months. The longer time I take to pay off the loans, the more interests I have to pay @11-13% p.a. for each loan.

This biz is only suitable for those who can afford and have really strong network of people (potential prospects).

I've withdrawn from this company and yes, I face difficulties in getting back the money they promise to refund within 6 months (90% of the total amount paid).

Warm Up


You will get phone calls or sudden meet up by friends that did not see you for awhile. When they meet you, they will not talk about business, but they will be asking more about whats happening around you, mainly for a bigger objective to collect FORMHD (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Monetary, Health & Dreams). Once that is done, they will get the details and share it with a group of partners to strategize on how to target you.

I was curious to know the name of the company, but until the end they did not want to reveal. keep saying must attend another session. i only found out about the name of the company from my office colleague, and then i found this thread. thank you for saving my time and money bro..cheers!! not going for any further sessions..

Could you share the exiting & refund process? What you have to do, how to get the money back, the tedious process that you have to go through that was never told & how much you managed to recover back? And what's your total loss?

Seems like McOcean is earning more from the hidden charges they charge people who terminates their membership.

I was aware of this company as early as 2014. Time flies. It was my ex-colleague who resigned to become fulltime that invited me to yumcha.
During the first 2-3 times, I never able to know what kind of business he is doing, at first I thought it was some conventional business like doing online retail or open a shop with partners.

At the third meetup, he invited me to the "celebration buffet" at an Indian cuisine restaurant, managed to network with quite a few people, I was told that some of them coming from professional background such as doctor, lecturer, aircraft engineer, bank managers, IT pros, etc, some of them willing to forego a five figure salary job to become fulltime in this, in the pretext of wanting more flexible time, no need to work 12 hours a day, more time to spend with families etc etc. But, still no mention of the "McOcean" term at all throughout the dinner, so many people, but NO ONE to mention it even once.

Then finally, 2-3 weeks after that, the ex-colleague invited me to the Deepavali celebration in Southgate KL office, the event was grand, until then only I know their product brand and who they work for. Lot's of BMWs parked outside there. Heard a few people with senior positions earning handsome salary quit their job to become fulltime. Not too long after that, I was invited by him to attend an interview, need to be dressed in full formal, LOL, that time I show him the Google results about the company, and we had some arguments. After that, he withdrew the invitation. We stopped contacting each other for almost a year, except occasional seasonal greetings.

Fast forward to 2016, he Whatsapp me to ask my recent wellbeings, we meetup to yumcha a while, chit-chat about recent events in my company, he told that last time was because I did not fully understand the concept, hence having wrong impression about what he is doing. In a separate event recently, managed to meet another girl, also resigned from a senior 5 figure paying job in an MNC, to become fulltime in this. I even suspect quite some staffs from my company are having a part in this.

Seriously, what the fuck has Malaysia has become? You can tell me you make RM100k a month by running a brothel, or selling cocaines, I can believe, but for a business with secretive nature like this, how to expect normal people to actually believe one can make RM20k monthly out of nothing? Don't even need to sell products, don't even need to recruit, all it takes is only "network leverage"?? If this is so easy, then OnG employees can no longer worry of being retrenched don't they?
