Ok.. last 3 weeks i meet again wth them.. they showed me and explained to me the terms nd condition if i join them.. make a long short.. first you have to pay 34k.. then they give you rebate 5k.. they will bank in the 5k a few weeks after you sing the agreement.. you will get the 5k for sure(my frieds got it).. once you sign the agreement, you now a mc ocean member... the kp said "biz ni x lah menjanjikan bulan dan bintang, tapi cukup untuk kita merasa hidup senang sikit".. after you signed in you will receive 16 products from food to water filter.. water filter bapak mahal wei.. you can choose what you want.. if you want to quit, before 10 day they will give your money back 100%., but you give back that 16 products.. before 6 months you will get back only 90% and you havr to give back all 16 products.. btw, they will pay back your money secara berperingkat.. you will not get it in one month.... so your upline will ask you to find your downline.. after they explained to me everything(i guess not everything), they asked for my money.. i played my another trick, i failed to sign up..
I meet again wth my kp, they told how to pay back the 34k.. once you get the 5k, dont use it, becausr you will use it to pay your bank loan for about 5 months(if you make bank loan).. my kp told me thay if i got 1 downline i will get about 7k..minimum 1 downline in 3 months.. in 6-10 months you can pay back the bank loan(if you lucky).. the kp said the real profit will come after 6 months.. if you realise, after 6 month if you quit you only able to get 90%.. plus, if you have downline, they will buy products from you,.. bila x cukup 16 products, bertambah susah nak quit.. so nak tak nak terpaksa terus kan..
Oh ya, about my friend, he told me that he got 17k.. i asked for picture of his bank statement.. he sent me that pic, but nombor duit saja nampak, other information like nama, no bank.. so i asked for full pic of his bank statement including his name, he can hide.his ic no etc.. he replied "maklumat sulit tu x boleh tunjuk, join dulu baru kamu rasa".. he received 14k via bank account and the remaining balance they paid by cash..according to him.. tertanya pulak, if they got that much money, why dont those kp who done that for so long time and maybe now they have 100k in bank account not register their own family member as their downline? Monthly profit can reach 5 angka, so apalah sangat 34k..
Instead of sign up for mc ocean, using those money i bought my mom perodua kelisa.. remaining balance i put it in ASB.. btw they still chasing me now.. and i always thinking of new trick.. hehehe

Hi guys, sorry if I necro an old thread.

My aunt B is selling the water filter (5k weh) to my other aunt A who's willing to buy it (installment). The alkaline water filter thingy. The guy(I think it's B's upline) did a demo to show how good the item were in removing chlorine from water. I think A also got a supplement from B, but I didn't really noticed.

So my question is

A) does the water filter and supplement really work like how they say it will? If it does than no harm buying. If it doesn't/harmful, would like to know as soon as possible as my aunt A has started taking the supplement, and maybe getting the water filter within the week (no harm is having extra filtration of water I guess)

B) is aunt B just trying to clear off her "free" products to get back her investment? And does aunt A have to be a member in order to get the supplements in the future(assuming it works), or can get through aunt B(meaning as a member, u can buy as much products as u want)?

C) if the whole company is blacklisted, how come they are still selling the stuff freely? The upline even invited me to play futsal and stuff during the weekends. Now when I see most people were invited to these kinda events, I'm afraid him inviting me is a ploy to get me to join.

I'm one of the victim of this company. I'm here past two months couldn't manage to cheat people anymore and wanted to withdraw as soon as possible. I have already pay 35k as total by borrow from along and I feel it terrible now.
Any of you knew the correct process of withdrawal? How much they will return back?some of them said they will pay some amount only. Anyone can help me please.thank you

a) Yes, it works well & is useful. I've been using it for a year. But it's expensive to change the filter once it's reaches 10k litres. Cost RM400+.

b) She has to clear her products & stock, like doing any normal business. If join as member, aunt A can buy supplements at member price. If not, she can buy at retail price from aunt B, or aunt B lends her her account to use.

c) Blacklisted by BNM but not blacklisted by KDPNKK. McOcean is not an investment company but a direct selling company, so can still buy & sell products.

The "correct" procedure is tell your upline you want to withdraw, but they will try to persuade you to stay.

Go to Southgate HQ with all your products to initiate the withdrawal process. The staff there will ask you if you have talked to your upline & the reason for withdrawal. If you have used some of the products, you can't get the full refund.

I joined McOcean in 2015, bought RM33k of the products, used some of the products, so expected to get RM25k back, but they rejected certain products (must return in whole set), so my returned goods were worth 23k only.

To break the 33k down,
- 20k: 13k of refund + 7k of previous commissions paid to my bank account & product sales
- 10k: own product consumption including eionizer (about 8k) & rejected goods due to return policy (about 2k)
- 3k+: admin charges with GST

I got the refund. Yeah, have to wait for uplines to make sales to get your money back. Need to follow up and wait for several months, or chase the money yourself if you can't wait to get your money back.

My advice:
1. Don't sign up if you are not ready for the whole business. It's not a scam but this biz is not for everyone coz of the startup capital involved.
2. If you can't afford it, then don't join. I did my calculation before I joined the biz, so I knew where my money went.
3. Use your own money to start a biz. Don't borrow from the banks coz you'll feel pressured to pay every month. Even if you do borrow, go for loans with low interest rate, or make sure you have enough savings as a back up for several months.

I don't see myself as a victim. I did my research before I signed up. It was a logical decision I made. The reasons I terminated my membership were I didn't have a supportive team to back me up, and the biz wasn't suitable for a straightforward person like me. Doing sales talk is not cheating if you fulfil your promises and products are functional as you claim them to be.

Thanks for the kind advise.I have left last invoice haven't taken the products. Now the up lines looking forward for me to give advice but I don't think it will useful for me since I'm decided to withdraw. I wanted to get back the money and settled debts. Hopefully they return it.
