Here is an updates on the raid on Mc Ocean Office last Wednesday (8/5/19), source from within Mc Ocean:

Recently you all might have heard that Mcocean kena raid kan? Saw it in this thread and now here is the full story.

1. The raid was conducted jointly by SSM and KDNHEP on 3 locations namely, sg international showroom office, fbp office and also their corporate HQ in bukit jalil.

2. In fbp office enforcement officers came in several vans and cars bearing the logos and text of KDNHEP with officers in raid uniform complete with beret.

3. At no time officers were harsh or unprofessional towards members of public or mcocean partners in and around the offices.

4. In fbp office, office door was sealed with partners being brought up to 4th floor ballroom and told that no form of recording is permitted and statements were taken on site. Officers then were in the purchasing side (counter) to conduct their investigation with the staffs. This went on to the wee hours of the morning. No partners were allowed in or out of the premises during this time.

5. In sg office, officers sealed the entrance and barred staff from leaving and no partner irrespective of rank were allowed in as they were conducting investigations. No photo and video was allowed. Officers were said to be seen carting away multiple boxes containing records or computers or both (unconfirmed). Seen at the location were multiple partners of high ranks who attempted to enter but was turned away by officers. The officers were on the hunt for a person of interest by the name of Az*z. He was seen in the vicinity but did not respond to calls from enforcement officers or senior partners. We were told there are multiple witnesses who saw him there and is now being sought by KDNHEP officers to assist in investigations. The last update being he is still at large. Enforcement officers only managed to leave the premise at Thursday 830am 9th May. They were there from 8pm Wednesday 8th May. It is also revealed that McOcean has about 15 units of office space in sgate alone comprising of server rooms, paper records storage, stock storage, etc.

[Mr Az*z is the name/ alias of the person that is responsible for sending letters to threaten ex-Mc Ocean members, who revealed their dirty secrets to the public with "Letter of Defamation".]

6. Simultaneously, McOcean corporate HQ were being raided by a task force comprising of officers from SSM and KDNHEP on Wednesday 8th May to the wee hours of about 5am Thursday 9th May. Officers were seen breaking down the main doors and carting away boxes with documents and pcs (unconfirmed) into vans. While this was happening, a police report was received at approximately 3am on Thursday 9th May indicating a person with the title of Datuk Seri lodging a report stating the office was being broken into. Police officers arrived at the scene to discover that SSM and KDNHEP enforcement officers had a warrant for their joint operations to search premises.

[Some Mc Ocean defender claimed that this raid was orchestrated. But if police also back down to allow the investigation to continue, that is good enough to prove that this raid is LEGIT & Mc Ocean is OFFICIALLY UNDER INVESTIGATION BY KPDNHEP & SSM.]

7. Based on unconfirmed information , there might be elements of AMLA investigations into certain individuals and or the company itself.

9. The founder, a person with the title of Datuk Seri is also said to have purchased a bungalow in penang using company funds but under his name. This property in question is understood to be mcoean penang office. This is however from an anonymous source and needs to be verified.

10. McOcean sgate office remain sealed on Friday 10th May and Saturday 11th May with phone calls being unanswered and getting a line busy response. Fbp office however remaims open and partners were seen utilizing it with new members coming in and counters being in operation.

11. Unconfirmed reports also states their tebrau, Johor office was raided simultaneously. Not verified info.
Take this knowledge with a pinch of salt. All active Mc Ocean Offices around the country (Especially Penang, Johor & Kelantan, the 3 active states besides KL for Mc Ocean) are VERY likely to be target for KPDNHEP raid.

Please try and help explain how the raid is staged?

1. If they were not from KPDNKK, why would you allow them into your premise? I’m sure they have introduce themselves as KPDNKK followed by a warrant.

2. If they were not from KPDNKK, Mco could just ask them to leave, however partners cooperate with them. If it was staged did the partners staged their cooperation as well?

3. You mentioned false information given in your post. Care to explain what that false information that caused the raid to take place?

4. This forum is where most people find information and share their experience. It because they brought it up to the relevant authorities hence why action has been taken.

You can continue to twist the fact but eventually the truth will come out.

I think you misunderstood the term staged or orchestrated. It was not a show. They were indeed from KPDNHEP but the reason why they were there is to check if there were any anybody operating illegally. As that was what the warrant said.

the false information given was now why there were there but how did they got there. a certain ex-pp has ties politically to certain people and the whole raid was to show that he has a certain power over politicians to aid him get his revenge. you can have a picture of him in southgate too if you want.

the orchestrated part was, it was their doing to show and proof that kpdnhep came to raid us. but in reality they came to investigate about some specific individual within the company.

Also, the warrant from the that night was approved from the magistrates to go into the company to check and search.
the corporate office was indeed visited by the enforcement officers, however, it was not breaking into any main door. corporate office operates as per normal working hours. so obviously it was close by the time the officers were there. they Cut the pad lock and went inside. took some flies and left. even REPLACING the pad lock and left the keys for the company. you are welcome to visit the office if you need evidence.

unfortunately, only the office in KL were visited. any other office were not affected as KL branch is the HQ.

the interesting story that was cooked up by one of the people in the forum is indeed very interesting. is it possible to get a copy of the signed report of whoever officer that you got your hands on by the report and/or a photographed copy of the incident that occurred. Again, there were NO police officers at the scene.

because spreading lies within a forum would definitely make you lose your credibility.

so again, to get the official incident report signed and verified please post up the forum for everyone to have a solid proof and information which everyone is looking for.

again. KPDNHEP officer came. got every partner in the office. Got statements from everyone and left. went to the other office, took files back for investigation and left. nothing more happened.

At first that guy message her everyday like want to chase her like that, then bring her meet his friends around p*bl*k@ like accidentally bump into them, told her he earning 20k+ per month. Wah girl listen ady thought got good "long term ticket"(potential husband/bf). So we thought she finally got a bf, then after sometime she said oh he is her business partner now. Then we ask further like what business and etc.. She say cannot reveal the product, only if they think you are potential business partner and go through interview then only they will reveal the company name to you. Can earn 8k a month without doing anything, dont need to sell product, they will run the business for her. So I ask need to pay joining fees right, she denied.

How a company earn money but not selling any product or trading anything? Who is going to sell the product for you? Salesman? She said no. Then the only way they earn money is con money from downline la.
Look at those MLM, they are so proud of their product, keep telling ppl how good is it. But this mcocean langsung tak pernah dengar. If ppl never heard of it and never purchase it, profit come from where?

If got such thing nobody need to work ady, everyday go yumcha, vacation, shopping, fine dining.
Your business partner won't bother to ask you join too if he not going to gain anything from you.
Earning so much money but not proud of their company, cannot reveal the name, cannot tell what product they selling, so secretive, must be something fishy la..

I think you don't understand the term orchestrated/ staged in the first place.

So with all the yada yada you admit that the KL Office were raided, with files taken and members were held up to give testimonies right? Good. 

Yes, we know the raid had some investigation of elements AMLA involved, investigation of some unethical business dealings,  and a hunt for a Mr Az*z, who became infamous for sending "Letters of Defamation" to threaten ex members to keep quiet.

Not surprised if the ex- PP be the one who reported Mc-Ocean's dirty little secrets to KPDNHEP. After all, who knows more than someone who had been on top in this scheme for almost a decade right?

And thanks for pointing out the obvious, of course KPDNHEP, being the professional that they are, came to take statement, took some files and left. That is good enough to collect evidence for their investigations. Hopefully someone got a hidden closet somewhere to store their dirty stuffs...

Also, KL branch is the HQ. Are you sure about that? Looks like some staff is not getting a raise this year. 

joined mc ocean on 2017. still got 3 pending invoices until to date.
