Thursday, August 2 from 12:00 Noon PACIFIC Time to 4:00 PM PACIFIC Time.

so pacific = gmt-8? means +16 to get our time?

so this stress test is
3 august 4am to 8am?

+15. GMT -8 to +8 oni 15 hours

gmt-7 for daylight saving (which is now)

my boss kaki D3... now he play L4D2 pulak... can't get him into GW2 i think...lol

Why so much math for confusion? All you need to know is USA 00:00 midnight = we 3pm. So they 12:00 noon = we 3am.
After daylight time saving adjustment (end of year) we will +1 hour.

Easier than comparing time zone margin, at least for me.
But I used to have two clocks on my desktop when playing MMO (widget or any softwares), make life easier that way.
