Many owners will agree that Green Suria unit are very spacious as many units have build up area of more than 1,200 sq ft. If you spend reasonable sum to renovate your unit, it would look very nice and certainly worth it. Alternately if you buy a similiar high end unit from a developer it will cost you a "bomb".

So far two units have posted photo of their renovations. It certainly enhanced the values of their units. We are fortunate that our units are fairly spacious with 1,200 plus sq ft thus after renovations they look very grand.

Went to the project today and noted that there are many activities there. Lorry transporting electrical goods like TV etc. More units are now occupied. Also more cars at the car parks. Value of unit will increase.

It is a good buy. Near MRT, a Chinese Primary School, Gated and Guarded, Freehold, Big Build Up and 2 covered Car Parks. What more you want ? You decide for yourself.

Natur is located only about 4 km away from MRT Station at BTHO. Park and Ride available there.

Wow friend you are very familiar with this project and surrounding areas. Fully agreeable as I understand some of the subsales are done at very attractive pricing maybe due to weak holders who cash out.. Some of the facts pointed out such as Freehold, 2 Car Parks, Gated and Guarded , MRT etc are certainly plus points. Good chance that once MRT is operational in mid 2017 price will further appreciate. You must be happy to have bought a unit. A wise decision.

This is want we want ie exchanging of useful information amongst genuine unit owners. In this forum there were people who are NOT unit owners and purposely talk bad about the project with motive or simply sour plum. Syabas.

It seems that demand for rental for Green Suria has picked recently. Agent has been looking for vacant unit to be rent out. Agent also commented that Green Suria fairly easy to rent out. Important thing is that the units must be occupied either by owners or tenants rather than leaving it vacant. Then the price will appreciate faster and higher. Congratulations to all Owners.

Friend, it depends on many factors such as furnished or basic , build up area, intermediate or corner lot, which block A,B or C , indoor car parks ? Understand not less than RM900 and could be higher.

There is a big piece of land being cleared opposite GS anyone has any idea whether it is for another housing project ? This area is developing fast.

The vast recently cleared land directly opposite Green Suria if you look from the Guard House is actually located at Damai Perdana. Not sure what they are building there. If they build a link to Green Suria it will be a plus factor as Damai Perdana has schools, bank , restaurants & petrol kiosks etc. It is also another way to Taman Len Sen and Alam Damai and KL.
