Shift lock release is common on Auto cars.

You cannot shift out of P if your engine is off, so if for some reason your engine died or cannot be started, and needs to be pushed or towed, you use the shift lock release button to unlock the gear and shift into N.

That said, never tow your FLX CVT with your front wheel on the road. Always tow with the front wheel lifted up/rear wheel on the road, or the whole car on a flat bed truck.

more of a safety feature actually... imagine those blur drivers forgot to press on the brakes and straight away shift to D or R on a downwards slope.

Just doing a survey, what settings do you normally use for your air cond? On cold days and at night, blower at 1 and thermostat at the warmest temp will do. When needed I go up to 2 and turn the thermostat halfway in between. Very rarely I use 3 and the thermostat never goes beyond halfway.

me same as eqmal, fan no. 1 or 2, temp 50%.
if drive alone, or drive early morning, open windows, aircon off, fan no.2
fan no.3 aircon off just for let out air if cabin temp hot when start engine.

is it true kenot frequently change temp, they say proton aircond temp switch sensitif, later rosak? me only set 50%.
