Apple Talk is talk about what? Is it they reveal the new generation iPhone at that event?

Is it confirmed on the announcement date? I couldn't find any on Apple site. Maybe I use the incorrect way.

so far i know its confirmed since its already out in CNN, Tv3, and astro awani last week.
but apple talk is common. every year also they held that event to brief on their latest product. they even have it last year during 4S launch.

anyone having problem with the on/off btm not being responsive enuf? I recently encounter this. Someone when click the screen just displayed for half a second (before I could click unlock) then off again. Need to press harder.

if send for repair, how many days do I need to wait for it to be repaired and where can I locate the SC?

is it due to unresponsive button or your system lag by 1 second?
how many apps do u install? any tweaks?

cant remember how many have i install. There are at least 1/3 of the memory still available.

if its really hardware problem, then u can easily get a new set by claim warranty.
but the problem is to prove it is hardware problem.
try resolve by on and off, or reset. but u might need to backup and restore later on.

iPhone 5 will launch with 19-pin Dock connector



Apple's next iPhone will come with a smaller Dock connector port, according to a new report.
Although Apple's current mobile devices, including the iPhone and iPad, come with a 30-pin port, the new iPhone will sport a 19-pin connector, Reuters is reporting today, citing sources. The switch will help Apple make room on the bottom of the handset for a headphone jack. The headphone jack currently sits at the top of Apple's iPhones.
Reuters' report on Apple's Dock connector is just the latest in a string of rumors surrounding Apple's plans for that port. Over the last few months, an increasing number of reports have cropped up, saying that Apple will be ditching the 30-pin connector for a smaller, 19-pin option

Back in May, for example, Apple site iLounge reported, citing sources, that the new connector is "closer to a pill shape." In addition, the site said that the connector will be available on all future mobile devices Apple launches.
For its part, Apple hasn't commented on its plans for a new Dock connector, but CNET has contacted the company for comment on the Reuters report and will update this story when we have more information.
If Apple does, in fact, decide to launch a new Dock connector in the iPhone 5, its latest handset would, out of the box, seemingly be incompatible with the many accessories that connect to its devices with a 30-pin connector. Whether Apple will offer up an adapter to ensure legacy products still work with its products remains to be seen.

Same prob as my mine..i switch the function on/off button to volume button..

Smaller dock, means those who bought powerbanks and car charger need to buy adapter to fit already. Susah mang.

if its just because of to "clear some room" for headphone jack, it is totally not worth it

Think they change the port so that the users of older iDevices will feel their stuffs are going to obsolete, hence buy newer stuffs. Marketing plan.
