In the meantime I recommend not to use the boosters as the servers are not stable yet, server timeout and yr boosters will be gone. Crashes will mostly happen on 64p servers...

Wait a second... I just do the verify cache and it's all fine. Nothing much. Less issue with COD series than BF. Obvious.

I think it's not DX problem. Try to run compatible with windows xp and also run as administrator.
If you set your non-unicode program (locale language) to Chinese, change back to English and restart your computer.

which is the SRR-61 wonder how is the fire rate would be like..

so far my fav is M40A5.. however the Scout Elite firing rate is much more better.. 2nd to the list is 338-Recon..

I'm still behind in Recon unlocks but I prefer the bolt-action sniper rifles.. still not sure which one has the best velocity though.. looking for one comparable to the M98B in BF3 or better

EDIT: looks like the M98B is still the top bolt action sniper rifle!

I noticed that there is cheap way to improve FPS rate without upgrading.

Lower your screen resolution. Turn off anti aliasing.

The graphic card has less pixel to move at lower resolution and the LCD screen will do hardware filtering so that antialiasing is redundant.

Managed to use mid setting on this. Only disadvantage is sniping sucks as it is a bit blur at far distance.

m98b reload so so so slow.........
SRR-61 have the best range
SRR-61 reload faster

i like jng-90.........
but the PKS-07 is so hard to use in bf4
if at the brighter place, i cannot spot the /\ mark
jng-90 have the faster bullet travel speed
so when u shoot moving target, it will be easier

Usually ppl doesn't lower their resolution until the last option. You may turn off any special effect, AA, and other stuff 1st, but not lowering the resolution until you find it necessary. What I found over the year is

game reso = native reso is better than lowered reso with all effect turned on

Usually V-sync is the 1st victim of improving FPS, some doesn't doesn't really need it, or hardly notice it, but games like very dark environment such as dead space, you really need it.

Yesterday encounter a funny moment in my BF4, I was driving a gun boat, destroyed a lot of enemy gun boat with my gun boat, I believe the enemy is hogging the gun boat, so he recognize me. When I come straight at him he run off map just to avoid getting kill by me. That was my most lol moment.....
*FYI, I haven't fire at him yet, just coming for him straight.

Way less bullet drop 6.0 m/s²vs9.81 m/s² SRR-61 has 39% less bullet drop
this is so so so important to most ppl

Bigger magazine 11 vs8 M98B has 38% bigger magazine
Slightly higher maximum distance 3250.0 mvs3100.0 m M98B's bullets fly 5% further
Higher muzzle velocity 650 m/svs620 m/s M98B's bullets fly 5% faster
this really not a big problem for other ppl
at least for me

and so weird, when i use m98b, the reload really very slow
