Lower your screen resolution. Turn off anti aliasing.
The graphic card has less pixel to move at lower resolution and the LCD screen will do hardware filtering so that antialiasing is redundant.
Managed to use mid setting on this. Only disadvantage is sniping sucks as it is a bit blur at far distance.
Usually ppl doesn't lower their resolution until the last option. You may turn off any special effect, AA, and other stuff 1st, but not lowering the resolution until you find it necessary. What I found over the year is
game reso = native reso is better than lowered reso with all effect turned on
Usually V-sync is the 1st victim of improving FPS, some doesn't doesn't really need it, or hardly notice it, but games like very dark environment such as dead space, you really need it.
