Well,i have a few question i want to ask about making a DIY cooler pad for laptop..So first question is, if the fan is rated DC12V and 0.2A,i make it to a usb powered fan(by cutting the wire and connect red to red and black to black by soldering it),can it work in its full potential (like its max RPM)?Second question, does the diameter of the fan effect the fan speed?Last question, where can i actually get this acrylic?Stationary shop?Pardon me..its kinda long..first time making a fan myself..
