I’m booked for saujana perdana new project by Glomac. Hm but I’m still thinking to proceed or not. Becoz looking at the area, most of the Taman don’t have security guard, I’m abit worry for the safety, hmm then I’m also working so far.. at klcc. Someone can give your opinion. Hmm

which one? Dahlia or Mawar?

Yes, true.. the development here is not Guarded and Gated, usually depend on the taman themselves to organize and apply for G&G.

If you want G&G, Elmina if I'm not mistaken G&G but also need to apply by the residents. Just pre-arrange by developer. LBS and Eco Grandeur G&G but strata. BSC and Worldwide not sure tho.

What is your main reason for booking Saujana Perdana? and one more thing what are your top 3 criteria for your property? maybe Location? Size? or any other factors.

I booked dahlia. Actually I aim to get landed house and looking at the size of 22x75 its quite big and its individual title. So I think worth it la. But then, now I’m thinking about the security concern. During my booked I thought Glomac will build the gate to cover overall place, hence we just only build the jmb and hire security guard for that. But then, I saw it’s open place.

For the traffic concern, I think now should be ok kot. Becoz they opened new exit to dash kan.. I’m also not sure haha..

Aprt frm that, I also want to know how the community here.. whoever has experience staying in BSU for long.

G&G generally yes, you feel comfortable but the effectiveness of G&G depend on the actually execution of security measures in the development. Crime still happening in G&G, that is why the best security is inside your own house/land.

G&G best if it is a stratified development, other than that will face a lot of management issues.

For traffic cant really comment here, except that I guess it is better now with Shorea opened.

Actually I'm waiting for my unit too. Tresna Triandra.

Location wise, can consider sub-urban. I like it because of mature township, the pricing is acceptable for the area, amenities-ready, uitm, uitm hospital, school, plus sandwich between Eco and Elmina, both well respected developers. Will add more value to the location.

The only thing lacking is proper shopping mall nearby. If I'm not mistaken both Eco Grandeur and Elmina have malls in their masterplan.

the break in rate there quite rampant, its better to stay in F&G community around there... going to KLCC work, once traffice back to normal, you still need to prepare around 1 hour per way to KLCC as your greatest jam will be when you want masuk your office area... in term of amenities, then here cukup bagus, all basic things makan minum grocery semua ada.. so far 3 years living nearby i have no issue with the community.. and now you can go jalan2 at the elmina park nearby lagi syok.. haha

Wahh urs already completed. I saw trisna design very nice. Dahlia I in front of trisna I think. Where u working, KL area as well?

Do u know there is any fb group for community of SU4 or saujana perdana? I want to joined as well

Mine still under construction, was notified by developer that foundation for the house completed, I guess the next one will be the structure.

Yes, Dahlia is in the front. Mine is the last row, facing Eco Granduer. laugh.gif

Yes, there is a FB group SAUJANA PERDANA RESIDENT or something like that, but most of the post there are promotional and ads, but I guess if you ask about the area or house they will answer you.

Hi there. I think we will have gng but a bit later, after everyone have settle down there.

The first 2 phases at saujana perdana just completed a simple version of gng.
