Im estimate sinar2 saujana house price will be hike to 100% in next 4-6 years...is it logic?

I think there is a possibility..maybe not at 100% hike but surely an increase. Im sure the new housing phase SU4 in saujana utama would not be as cheap..SU4 launching somewhere march i think?

Btw which township you guys think will aprreciate faster? saujana utama? hill park shah alam? Or puncak alam area?

Well, my answer is..All...this 3 main township is very near each other..
But..im surely puncak alam will be more grown since they have big landed property than saujana glomac or hill park..they still have a lot empty land just waiting for developement..

Im working at wisma kfc jalan sultan ismail..near to klcc...everyday go to work by train ktm ( kuang station ) very cheap + relax.. Hehe

how long the journey took n frm what time? u park your car at komuter station?

how long is from Kuang Station to KL Sentral? Is it crowded/sardine packed? Does the train arrive in time according to schedule? Can please share your experience for both ways go work and come back.

Parking at Kuang, does it have enough space, need to pay parking? How much?

Of coz like sardin if u park after 7am...for comfort u must park by at 6.45 there are 2 type of parking..pay or not..pay is rm4 per day.. But alot park at free parking which is beside longkang & depan kedai..

My journey is catch train at 7.15 & transit to kl sentral by 8 am then take lrt to dang wangi 10 min & then walking from dang wangi to wisma kfc about 10 min..arrive at office be4 8.30...

Now im leaving with my parent at merbau sempak kubu gajah..so i go out by 6.45 or 7 than i can catch 7.15 train..if u driving from saujana....u must go out by 6.15 paling lambt to avoid trafic jem

My train fare is rm2.8 from kuang to sentral & from sentral to dang wangi it take rm 1.40..so ulang alik is rm 8.2..still cheap for me than driving... At kuang i park at free parking(cepat penuh)

Hmm.. 45 minutes journey Kuang - KL Sentral. Hopefully got lots of seat available. My feet nowadays cannot stand that long....

If u from kuang station, sure have seating... Not many passenger in rawang...but when u go back from sentral to kuang..u must rush to geat a seat..sardine is there..hahaha
