I checked at glomac website just now, SU4 already removed from the list.


I saw that the access road to SU4 site already closed. Wonder what happen hmm.gif

i think now they reopen SU4 for registration..i already reg las year thou.

just call them up recently and they said no update for the development yet.
probably cant even complete by next year..

prev i was told price around 400k (last year)..wonder what the price will be after GST..pffft..

i doubt this thread is active... if its active... someone would have shared it already.... based on the occupancy rate of BSU... i would say it could be decent enough.... as long as defect can be repair... its stay able already...

at least there alot more residents visiting BSU shops... as currently BSU is the most matured town in this location compared to the surrounding new towns....

Yeah, that is true. I think the commercial area would be much more busy once eco grandeur and elmina green completed. If im not mistaken ive heard there is a back road conneting the new SU construction with eco grandeur and hillpark

currently hillpark already connected with the old SU on the existing road... alot of hillpark residents rely on BSU to gain basic necessities and foods hunting as well... the new road not really sure though until the construction is completed....
