Sorry if this is a noob question...I just got my unifi installed today. I forgot to ask the installer what the password for my unifi email account is and I couldn't find it anywhere in the docs left by that the installer. Do I have to make a call to TM to ask for it or the password is a generic one like "tm123" or something?

Same thing just happened, and now at my fiberhome POTS light which is the phone line light, lit up. And it blinks when i pick up the line. Previously it's just dead but i do have the line. Alcatel fiberhome unit tho. Not the Huawei one...

Hello, new guy here.

Today, my Unifi modem's (white modem) POTS light is suddenly on all the time instead of only blinking when the phone is used. I think this was talked about in V14, but because it seems to have no effect on the phone or internet line, the problem was just dismissed.

Is anyone else facing the same issue, and should I contact Unifi Customer Service about it?

So the POTS light being on permanently might be because of this maintenance? I notice that when I receive calls on the Panasonic phone now, the numbers are just displayed without the 603 code at the end too.

e.g. 78881234603

Now it's just: 78881234

guys, recently i change my tmnut router to tplink TL-WR1043ND. so problem is after d router been up for quite smtimes (1~2days), im unable to login to d router thru 192.168.1.1/tplinklogin.net. i tried all sort of connection which was via lan cable/wifi but to no avail. d only solutions to solve it is on/off d router. kinda tedious to on/off d router every 1 or 2days.
so i wonder is there any user of TL-WR1043ND here dat hv similar problem? what is ur solution to solve it?

Ppl say 5mb speed is more then enough for home user no need to upgrade or wait for 30mbps and above but the problem is 5mb here is not stable at all.

We need 30mbps and above to download untouched blu ray (30-50gb) otherwise using 5mb to download need to wait for days to complete downloads

What is your firmware version? My stock router came with 3.13.5 Build 110906 Rel.72204n which caused me troubles like yours. My problem solved by downgrading to the one from TP-Link official website 3.13.4 110906

May I ask if I change my unifi login password at occ.unifi.my, do I need to update the same in the D-Link wireless router DIR-615? It seems the customer service couldn't give me a firm answer. They said the DIR-615 password is different from the unifi login password which I doubt so.

They are making quota limited at august 1st

no more unlimited data omg

Added on July 24, 2012, 10:27 amDear Valued Customers,

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ wishes to inform that commencing 1st August 2012, TM will update all its UniFi customers regularly on the status of their accounts. This is to help customers to manage their account payments better.

In line with this, we will be introducing a credit limit policy where we will assign a credit limit to all UniFi accounts. This credit limit will be equivalent to three (3) times the package monthly fee.

TM will be sending out email and SMS notifications to alert you on the status of your account usage upon reaching 70%-80%, 90%-100% and upon exceeding 100% of your credit limit.

Following the introduction of this credit limit policy, customers are advised to make timely bill payments to ensure that the outstanding amount does not exceed the stipulated credit limit so they will continue to enjoy uninterrupted service. We wish to highlight that TM will proceed to suspend the customers' account if no payment is received within 24 hours upon exceeding their credit limit.
