I am using Streamyx now. Anyone know if I can upgrade to Unifi WITHOUT changing the CURRENT telephone number???

last time when i go tmpoint cancel the streamyx, he says need to pay rental RM26, then after that i explain and ask him whether the free rental valid onot.. then he is like ya ya okok...*i think he knows but just pretend..*
damn tipu la.. if din say this thing, means need to pay the rental fees =-=

what the heck !!!

I have moved to a new condo from landed property and wanted to move the Streamyx telephone number to new condo.

That customer service officer at TM point at Damansara Utama told me CANNOT move the Streamyx line there because there is NO COPPER wire at new condo and only got Fiber optic cable for Unifi.

Then, he said cannot use the SAME telephone number for Unifi.

Then, he said, if want to use same telephone number, have to PAY RM26 per month to because a normal telephone number and there will be another new number for Unifi.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !!!!   

My new condo is at Bukit Utama 9 at Bandar Utama.

Anyone can tell me WHO at TM point that I can talk to to confirm can use the SAME telephone number without paying any additional for Unifi???

Any Unifi agent can help me here???

Anyone know what should i do to transfer the previous UNIFI owner to a New owner? But without troubling the previous UNIFI owner. And his contract will be ended around next month.

But Still need the Unifi service in the house with same registered address.
Any processing fees or documentation is needed?

If i started to use UNIFI as a new user by this month, September. which mean i have to pay like the following ?!

- VIP5 Rm149 + 15 days which is RM7X.
  October the bill is RM149+RM7X.

After that, November will becoming RM149 and same to the rest of the months, correct?

I want to double confirm about this. Since currently installation Unifi no need deposit and installation fees.

And how much i can get back my deposit as a previous Streamyx user?!
