My estimation. Future Launches

Precinct 1 = 22'x80' (120) + 22'x80' (80)

Precinct 2 = 24’x80’ (238) + 25’x85’ (245)

Precinct 3 = 24’x80’ (172) + 26’x85’ (60) + 28’x80’ (126)



Total units = 1943 (approx.) my own calculation

Same as P3 60ft claiming ~3500sqft. Perhaps dev wanna increase the sale price for P3 while maintaining the price per sqft, they use diff formula for P3.

Btw this is just my thought, and I might be wrong here.

If P3 built up is correct, then P1 & P2 measurements are wrong, vice versa if P1 & P2 are right, P3 sure wrong. My estimation is like taikor above, 99.99% P3 built up is wrong

Such a mistake, not the 1st time for I&P.
I&P is a good developer, she dun do dirty tricks, but I would say the staff make silly mistake sometimes.
In terms of healthy business conduct, I would say I&P is the Best among developers!

2 of my friends are going to stay there. I dun think I will stay. I am keeping mine till 2015-2016. (who knows I may stay then).
I "think" 2013-2014 will be a tough year ahead, that's why I invest mostly in landed property. IMO Pentas series is a blue chip stock, the resistance against recession is relatively higher than other sectors, I know I hv bought a good property.
If mkt can recover by 2015, I forsee those 25'x85' Pentas can hit 1.1 mil at least, stay tuned.

WB did make mistake too. I learn a lot from my investors whom make silly mistakes.

Pentas 1 targeted VP by April, CCC may delay a little bit further May-June. There will be an opening to Pentas entrance, means no longer U-turn at roundabout.
Fenced after VP is almost confirmed.
