You bought both AI and DA is it?

At the moment, just has to bear with it i guess, hopefully iNP or TDDi can build commercial quickly. I havent really survey the area after econsave, probably has food there.

With 2k per month, minus all the furnishing cost, the yield is very low, maybe it is better is keep it empty.

Pentas 1 looks really nice after rain. Thanks taiko Jucl.

Pentas 1 win in term of facade but might lose in term other like smaller master bedroom and toilet. The porch roof of pentas 2 also has small stone coating on top if you notice that, i think pentas 1 dont have.

Does someone know how Setia Eco Park can get gng approval with invidual land title? In other thread got a forummer mentioned that it is because of the house without gate. If this is the case are we willing to tear down our gate and form a proper gng.

Just for sharing (dunno true or not), if a normal Taman has 4 exits initially, the residents fence up and close 3 exits, when one house under fire, Insurance company can find fault and not paying the claims. Anyone fr Insurance industry can verify this?

That means SEP is not GNG.

Tear down the entire building, we built 1500 condo unit with gng strata title, each of the pentas taiko will get 6 units each. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

No la, very panjang ............... the sword. Cannot triple, 2.5X pun jadi lah. But i got an idea to quadruple it, put lion king statue beside amint statue.

Actually we can change from boom to tng gate later. This will also save cost of guard. Just one guard is needed per gate with tng gate, can open two gate.

Hopefully Pentas dont have such owner. Chances to have such person is there but i think should be very very slim.

It take 13 to 15 years only start to do extension after first lrt is ready. By the time they finished second time extension, probably 2033? I think i am retired aledi and go back kampong tanam jagong liao.
