Developers nowaday launch three storey superlink with lift. Not sure inp one will have liftor not ...

I think 24x90 is just a little bigger than 25x85

Land area 2160 vs 2125, less than 2% different.

So my guess is 899, 888.

90 is quite long and the house will be very dark for intermediate unit ...

Reach there around 10.30 am, not as many people as i expected, probably due to weekdays. Breakfast provided but no satay, just normal kuih and fried mee hoon. Still see a lot of goodies beg with keys, i think alot of people still havent collected their keys.

I have quickly go through the fitting checklist with inp personal, already spotted few defects like ceiling leakage, ceiling and wall got hair line crack, etc ... sad.gif

I am not a taiko, but i think it is based on how much banks has release the money to developer. Upon signing snp 10% is pay by u, so no interest need to be pay, after that let say foundation of house completed, and bank release 10% as per snp agreement, let say your house is 500k and 10% is 50k, so your interest is calculate base on 50k, plus maybe your mrta value ... How bank release money will be following your snp payment schedule. The more component of house completed, the more money bank will release and more interest u need to pay lo.

As long as you start renovate, majority of component in the house warranty void aledi, the contractor makasah most likely will blame the renovation.

Actually if given a choice, i would want bigger living hall space, but since it is there aledi so i wouldnt be touching any thing scared later might cause bigger problem if removed the powder room.

Put a sign on the door, only pee pee allowed, bombing is prohibited.

Perhap your last house not so expensive. Insurance has something call no evidence limit. If insurance amount exceed no evidence limit, they require you do some medical test in order to provide you coverage.
