You just calculate the first disbursement until the twelve payment, the 13 is the DIBS lo.

I spoken to the contractor of Pentas 2, according to them, the houses can be ready by March 2013.

However....it will be delayed due to TNB.... (norm lo....)

Basically, landed property have to be completed between 12 - 15 months the max

I wish to hightlight that without the completion of pentas 1,2 & 3, very hard for you to do the fencing as it will affect the related phases' CCC (CF) status.

Maybe im stupiak, but i really dunno how to fence up the pentas 1...

The road to pentas 2 is totally koyak due to rainy season. I'm have been delaying to site for more than 1 month.

For pentas 2 owner,....

A good news... (note: this message is applicable only to early buyer)

1. Pentas 2, the building works shall be ready by March 2013
2. But due to TNB issue, i think still can enjoy 2 - 3 months free interest
3. VP..... I target June or July
4. If can delay to Nov 2013, lebih syok and baik la ~~~ wakakaka

The building works for pentas 1 nearly 90% completed. But... I dont kam-ching with pentas 1 contractor. So... no info for you... soli soli
