I believe those who have gone thru the balloting at Temasya Glenmarie would have different opinions.
Some of the sales satffs received $$ and pratice "U help me, i help u type" of transaction. It might be affordable home at the 1st place when the internal stakeholders booked it. But not to the public.

The staffs is "maximizing resources and maximizing profit". You may claim that is the staffs not the company. But a company is meaningless without the ppl who manage the company.

i believe ahken's intention is to see if there is a mixture of multi-racial community in AI as a whole.
Because this development those earlier phases are purchased by INP staffs and later on attract more multiracial community.

So it is good to know the demograhy of your own taman,as we need to tolerate each others' culture as well. For example, the mosque/church/temple nearby, existence of multi medium schools and etcs will affect the living routine of the family. There are some Non Muslims who like to have dogs as pet, but it may not be accepted by other culture, as dogs bark.

Dont think ah ken trying to make a racist remark here. right?

INP is 100% owned by PNB, and we need to understand why PNB can pay out minimum of 9% dividend p.a. for ASB without fail for the last 20 years.
PNB press so hard on their investees companies to deliver profit and turn it to dividend pay out. PNB is like other mutual funds companies, profit oriented, not the NGO.

I did personally asked a lot of friends, all with creditability of staying over RM 800k house and after being asked, I am honest to say, they prefer I&P's land size & built up but prefer Naza TTDI's facade. For those prefer greenery and lesser renovation, prefer's I&P while for those lifestyle frens, definitely picks Naza TTDI overall facade without a doubt.

I think it is great to compare the Zircona vs Pentas 1 although the size differs a bit.

According to Sycluap taikor the new phase of 25 x 85 will be launched from 850K.
Some day ago someone posted Pentas 1 asking for 920K at www.iproperty.com

Phase A1-08 - 120 units of 2 storey terrace 22 x 80 - RM678,888
Phase A2-02 © - 92 units of 2 storey terrace 25 x 85 - RM858,888
