I'm speechless with the facade. All Pentas are twin brothers and sister, they look a like. Hate to say this, Pentas 1 is clearly a winner! Whether is facade, price or layout...damn..hehehe

Assuming you pick the cheapest intermediate as basis of comparison, price increase of each phase was in quantum of approx 50k to 60k
Pentas 4 has the smallest BU among all with Pentas 3 claimed crown of hving biggest BU.

Pentas 1 -700k
Pentas 2 -760k
Pentas 3 -800k
Pentas 4- 850k

if got 3% discount for all.... I think pentas 1,2,3 will not just sit there.....

The upcoming 22x80 terrace is named as "Tenun", same to the name of the shoplots.
Starting price at 718k. Model house already available in Sales Gallery, but still wrapped.

P4 are more expensive than P3 alot base on built-up per sqft. P3=244/sqft(type A2) vs P4=288/sqft.

Even that, P4 corner built-up smaller than P3 type A1 (3499sqft). But carporch definitely better than all P1, P2, P3. Pillars slim and build side by side neighbours.

I have a doubt P4 house got fence or gate? The brochure show carporch quite empty. The P4 look like Putra Jaya no fence in neighbour. Maybe there built F&G for P4?

Some think that i not happy is their sales person attitude! WTF, till now still the same. I went there no one come to serve, only a guy from Hong Leong Bank pass me a name card. inp staff busy with their own things. Mayb they think we're come to wasting their time if we ask them.   When i ask one of the sales lady, any chance for Pentas to go for gated. She said" Our developer never plan for doing it"    With this kind of sales attitude u don't expect can see a friendly smell from their "Fxxxing" face. If not because of the price & size, Hur! "Tunggu aja lah saya mari"

How come so many pentas series and means would be a lot of bigger size landed in AI in the future.

Seems 24x80 would be the most rare size in AI.

Conclusion : 1200 acres built 2,000 landed link compare Rimbayu 1,700 acres build 7,000 landed link. The choice is very clear for me. Rimbayu will hv over supply issue. If not, AI will hv great demand!

After attending TTDI Citrina / Aquina launch, judging the concept, location and pricing. It helped me to firm up my decision to buy Pentas.
Nothing special with TTDI facade, it is slightly better than I&P design, compared to others, it is not so futuristic to me.

Early movers of F&G would have capture a certain % of market share as compared to late comers
By d time I&P implement F&G, TTDI could have introduce new features for its new launches
I&P will need to play catch up game
