Guys, i finally know what canting owners are talking about when they say got smell kentut near canting. Upon my own research, i dont think it is coming from meru palm oil mill. There is another one. When i smell kentut in canting, i went to pentas, the smell doesnt reach there. What a relief. I will get some more info

I went to Jalan Bukit Kemuning. Guess what. The whole area smell like kentut. I thought the other factory with chimney but it turned out that the factory was a Bridgestone factory but vacant already and put up for sale. There is another factory but near Tinta with a chimney but Tinta owners said no kentut smell. Mystery la this kentut smell. Luckily Pentas tak kena

Yes true bro. I am sure it is bau kentut from palm oil. I was trying to find another palm oil mill actually. The one next to Tinta looks like a palm oil mill too. Meru palm oil is actually quite far from canting. Funny thing is that when i was at the roundabout near pentas and at pentas site itself, i couldnt smell kentut. But when i drove to canting, kentut smell was obvious. Funny. Dont u think so? Maybe wind direction is always towards canting. Anyway i got some more info. I met 2 fellas who bought ukiran. Both had leaking roof and "kurap" in the masterbedroom wall. Sadly my pentas also got same kurap. Please check urs. I have a feeling all may face same situation

hi guys. i went to sales gallery, almost 70% nukilan 3 sold & was told by SA all the end lots soldout on the launch day. i read the nukilan 3 brochure, the last page says "fencing : provided". does that mean nukilan 3 phase parameter will be fenced by i&p or does it say fencing of each house is provided. haha.. dan missed the end lot sales & i feel abit sad..

I think nukilan sales are successful becoz:

1) Cheaper entry price than Pentas 3
2) There are malays I know that love to stay in front of mosque (not everyone wants to put on the investment cap everytime)
SA told me Pentas 1,2 already over the non-bumi quotas. So I think the bumi lot already taken over, right? Is there a such thing as bumi lot in Pentas? I got a unit since the buyer couldnt get loan. He is a chinese. Is this bumi lot? Doesnt sound like it.

I just went to the site sales gallery. I am interested for Pentas project. But one thing to ask about the main entrance to Alam Impian from Shah Alam(Federal Highway) or Kesas Link.

How to avoid toll if we want to used this two link for exit? Although not expensive just pay RM0.60, but for long term purpose In/Out not only one time or one person.

I maybe buy for stay with 4 cars each person. Me, wife & two young children. Expecially wife will drive to Kemuning for shop & market. I hope not take stupid big round exit at Jln Kebun to avoid toll, but how? Unless my car can jump over to skip toll...

i think toll is not a concern to the buyer as they can afford 500k above houses and cant pay 0.60 toll ?.....the real concern is commercial area inside AI and f&g in pentas....

If we can hav a proper F&G with a good look entrance......walahhhhhh.....security inside pentas will be increase for home buyer and for investor...price sure will jump.....
