By the way anybody know whether inp will build a junction to turn directly into pentas instead of driving all the way back to the flat and roundabout before u turning back to pentas.
According to SA they will build one but so far I see nothing yet. |

Price per sf is more expensive than Pentas. RM 275.55.
The end lot seems to be a good buy, type C end unit. Price starts from RM713,888 Facade wise a bit similar to Pentas 1. |

Pentas 2 intermediate RM 761,888 for 3084sf. Thus price is approx RM 247/sf.
