By the way anybody know whether inp will build a junction to turn directly into pentas instead of driving all the way back to the flat and roundabout before u turning back to pentas.
According to SA they will build one but so far I see nothing yet.

I dun think it will affect the fencing coz we are talking about the same entrance. Meaning they will open a junction where u can turn right straight to pentas instead of driving all the back at the flat rounabout and u turn back to pentas

The meru palm oil mill now is very visibile, behind the flat since the land has been cleared. If they. release smoke at nite, sure can see.

How come so cheap. Syabas I think rm 300 but tnb I tot is much more expensive. I remember paying around rm1500 but condo lah. If so cheap good lah..hehe

If dun think they dare to release the smoke once people moving to stay in the flat. Eventually they will be force to move somewhere else. I'm sure the flat resident will object strongly, good for us mah..

The end lot seems to be a good buy, type C end unit. Price starts from RM713,888
Facade wise a bit similar to Pentas 1.

Any idea because why the end lot quite cheap. the asking starts frm RM713,888 with land area from 2170sf though the build up is slighty smaller @ 2470sf.
Comparing to intermediate, the land size is only 1750/sf which mean they charge only RM 60 per sf for the additional land.
Is my calcualtion correct ah..

Pentas 2 intermediate RM 761,888 for 3084sf. Thus price is approx RM 247/sf.

Almost 10% increase, reasonable...hehehe

Ai ya..u untung lah coz manage to sapu pentas 1. I think price is abt rm 225sf only.

I wander how is the sales for pentas since nukilan 3 is launching. any update?

Yeah, I couldn't agree more. Precint 2 is definely better, beside location that is near commercial in future, it is sitting on a higher ground.
Apparently Pentas 2 r all sold out only left balance 5 lot and this are bumi quota lots.
Pentas 3 still available for sales, though price psf cheaper compare to Nukilan but the entry price is higher. Nonetheless still value buy!

Same old freebies, no discount but 2nd year DIBS and 50% discount on MOT.

Actually Pentas 1 quite nice and really value for money...geram nya...didn't manage to grab any. So fast sold out..
