ICS still like crap. Don't know when Sony will fix it. For the time being, if u willing to try... unlock the boot loader and flash a custom kernel on it. From there, u can install SetCPU and set the min CPU speed from 384MHz to at least 1000MHz.

no i do not want to downgrade to ICS from GB in its current state. haha...i am still with the smooth and fast GB!

Wonder why youd said that. Ics more smooth and a lot stable for me, both running and building apps.

min 192mhz was used as alternate with sleep state to save you battery when you put your phone in idle lol . . . .

use Xperia SSpeed kernel v2 combo with KA10 Xperia SSpeed.
You'll see the different.

As i mention before , quick launch is totally work .
In the condition gallery/album application is closed nicely before you turn off the screen . ( use back button , not home )

if experiencing choppy gaming performance in ICS, try chain fire, in opengl tick "unroll textures"

or use plugins here, too
