Yes agree with you. Its the PL, he may not be able to work his magic straight away. If he doesn't RDM may opt to chose the more industrial members of the squad. Nevertheless Oscar has talent and he will shine, either sooner or later. But I hope sooner

Good players can easily adapt for the new environment plus we already got Ramires, Luiz who can help Oscar settle well. Look at Mata, seriously easily to adapt and without doubt the best performer for chelsea last season.

I think what we need right now only a right back. Hopefully apicullieta rumour will become reality. Right now, we got very talented squad, young and fresh. Totally transformed. With the squad we have, I think we can see very exciting Chelsea next season.

i really think it's time for malouda, essien and benayoun to go. maybe josh and KDB can go on loan somewhere else to get some regular football...
