and the last one smash jay, i found in nightmare at the cemetary. The crypts will show as a developer level, then you enter and rape jay. i'm not sure how rare is this place is :/
In summary, very few of my fos, is actually worth any street cred :/ kill jay, d3 beta and pony level inferno for sure, but the others not really.
