Yes, if you need to choose extra category, you need to pay extra RM5. If i not wrong, the extra category will not be active immediately once you pay it, please check t&c.

I paid LHDN by CIMB CR with charge 0.8% + GST, but I received 5% from CIMB CR

Won this 30% dining cash back for my MACH.

For 2nd Quarter (April to June), I have manage to "exceed" and "tested" the RM100 ceiling limit. The Ceiling limit is per category (not per package, as stated in the T&C)

Dining Rebate - April = RM62
Dining Rebate - May = RM38
Style Rebate - April = RM1
Style Rebate - May = RM1

Total rebate so far (April till May) = RM102.00

i always burst the cb for my dining category. but i have no intention to spend on other categories to test this. because the cb for the other categories in trendsetter package not attractive. lol...
