My Mach card was also kena charged with SST last week, just called CS and she said it will be credited back as cash back within 60 days without any T&C. CS didn't disclose what spending criteria to fulfill in order to get 3x or 6x swipes within a period of time to get SST waiver, but mine will be auto credited back. Gonna couple this card with CIMB CR for the dining rebate

Called CS just now hoping to get SST waiver or rebate, CS activated the spending criteria of 3x swipes in 30 days, online and paywave trx are not counted, has to be pin trx. Happily accepted offer

I recently got my Mach card replaced due to lost card, not sure if the expiry date has been extended or still the same? Also, I already have Wise card, so I guess HLB wont bother to do anything but just terminate my Mach
