QUOTE(Xaphier @ Apr 12 2016, 11:34 AM) Guys, my card was rejected this week, no reason stated, but after discussion with the rep at Mid Valley branch, I think it is because of my house loans. My income is well over the requirements, I shown them my CCRIS and apparently they thought my loans repayment would supposedly leave little salary at the end of month. (Though the loans are not repay by me, but rather my parents.) i also got rejected for the first time when i apply this card. The reason is due to my commitment/DSR rate is too high, commitment/net income is more than 75%..Anyway, my question, do you think if I can pledge like 15-20k of FD and in return get the card approval? Has anybody did that before? I do not want to sound like a jackass when I mention this idea to the rep, hence asking here before hand. Thank you! but the officer help me appeal, i have to submit other income such as FD cert, stock statement, rental income to increase my annual income to lower down the DSR rate. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 29 2016, 12:28 AM) No notification will be sent actually but you could check in your HL Connect if the expiry year has changed. Mine already changed and HLB claimed that they have sent out since 16th May... thx for this info. I just checked HLconnect, my mach expiry date has changed from 2020 to 2022... if they want to replace to pin & pay card, why don't replace all HL cards together? or is it HL conventional and HL Mach will send different time due to diff entity. let me call them next week and see.. |
