called to cancel mach last week. received retention call offer - swipe 6x within a month of any amount and they will cashback rm25 on the anniversary. i proceed to cancelled though.

It was charged in Dec statement. Paid it and didn't request for any waiver.

Not complaining, just curious where the cashback is from

So for online-trx with 1% cb, spending rm151 will give rm1.51 but cb will be rounded up to rm2?

Saw SST being charged to my latest statement and called CS to ask if HLB can help to absorb this cost for me.

The CS said can, provided if I spend 3x within 30 days, any amount. It will be credited back to me in 60 days.

Not an issue for me to spend 3x as I use this card almost on daily basis for dining purpose.

i was offered on 9th aug and fulfill the requirements on the same day. so on 9th november, i chat with the CS online and they say kindly wait till end of the working day for the SST to be credited back to my card. - cun cun 3 months time that day

then i forgot for about 1 week ++ and i chat with CS again, then they say will reflect in my acc by end of the day, check tomorrow, rm25 sst credited back.

guess have to follow up once the waiting period of '3 months' has lapsed.

I recently got my Mach card replaced due to lost card, not sure if the expiry date has been extended or still the same? Also, I already have Wise card, so I guess HLB wont bother to do anything but just terminate my Mach

yes confirm once per day.
i tried to swipe more than once then only receive one sms. then next day swipe rm100 again and receive the sms almost in instant.
